We did reservation and didn’t wait to be seated. All staff were so kind. All portion were so generous. There is bad comment about these there points but we didn’t have any bad experiences about that. We tried traditional foods which are so delicious. We recommend all of them. Ambiance, staff, foods all are amazing. The rate of restaurant should be higher than 4.1.

Dining at Trattoria Milanese was nothing short of a revelation. Every single dish was mind-blowingly delicious — the kind of food that makes you pause mid-bite, look at your companions, and smile because you know you’re experiencing something truly special. The flavors were deep, honest, and perfectly balanced — classic Milanese cuisine executed with soul, confidence, and absolute mastery. Nothing felt forced or overworked; everything tasted like tradition refined by decades of love and skill. But what truly elevated the experience from exceptional to unforgettable was Nino Tony, our Sicilian gentleman— the undeniable heart and character of this restaurant. Charming, warm, effortlessly charismatic, and full of genuine passion, he didn’t just serve the food; he guided the experience. His presence brought humor, elegance, and a sense of being welcomed like family rather than customers. Restaurants like this are rare. This isn’t just a place to eat — it’s a place to feel. Trattoria Milanese delivers excellence on the plate and magic in the room. One of those meals you’ll remember long after you leave Milan — and one you’ll return to without hesitation. Simply unforgettable.

This was exactly the authentic Italian/Lombardian dining experience we were chasing. Matteo was our waiter and couldn’t have been better; warm, welcoming and happy to translate the menu into English. We started with artichokes, cured meats and bread, all spot on. For mains, I ordered the cotoletta (a house specialty) with roast potatoes and vegetables. Generous, crispy and perfectly cooked. My wife had the pumpkin ravioli which looked incredible. A live band later arrived playing accordion and trombone, lifting the atmosphere and rounding out a truly memorable night.

A friend recommended this place so I went. It was a Saturday afternoon at 13:30 and was told to wait 30-45 mins. So I waited!! Our waiter was great and friendly while the greeting host was 〜〜〜 Ordered the Costolette alla Milanese and Risotto ala Milanese. The meat came in reasonable portion and definitely should only order to share. The Risotto ala Milanese was AMAZING!! It was so simple and delicious!! This one, you don’t want to share!! Would visit again and maybe next time, make a reservation first!

Ordered the osso bucco with risotto and a side order of asparagus. The osso bucco came out 1 to 2 minutes later. The aspagus took some time. The must cook it in advance with i understand. The meat was very good The risotto okay a little over cooked. The aspagus was great with lots of garlic and parmesean. Wine selection is nice and prices reasonable. Would go back.
