I stayed at this hostel on this Wednesday night and had a really great experience. What made my stay truly exceptional was the customer service. Both receptionists were absolutely amazing — the gentleman working the evening shift was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the lady at the reception in the morning was just as wonderful and made the whole experience even better. Their positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived until I left. It’s rare to experience such genuinely kind and attentive service, and it definitely made my stay memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming place to stay.

Clean and beautiful hostel with lovely staff! Was greeted with smiles and all the amenities we could ask for. Strong wifi, free breakfast, clean washrooms, I could go on. A safe place for everyone - as a woman I was never once worried about my safety. Would definitely recommend to anyone! 5 minute walk from the metro and train stations. An ideal place to stay!

I stayed for two nights and had a great experience, the environment was clean and organized, and the staff were welcoming. I will definitely return on a future occasion. It is also located in a very good area, with shops and easy access to public transport.

Had a really good stay here! Had a very warm welcome and everything was explained really well. Located near a few rail and bus links so getting into central Milan is super easy. Breakfast was tasty and wholesome and had a tasty burger one evening. Clean rooms, and everyone was respectful when it came to being quiet at night. Only sadness was I somehow didn't spot the gorgeous looking cheese shop next door!!!

Stayed in some bad hostels and some nice ones, this was by far my best hostel stay! The rooms are lovely, the bar and restaurant are lively and the staff are kind and helpful. When I booked I found the website a little confusing, so I sent an email just to confirm some details and the response was reassuring and lovely. Not sure why I didn't book through HostelWorld, I usually do. We arrived early and were allowed early check in, we were also given a free room upgrade, free breakfast added (you usually have to pay for this) and each of us were given a token for a free drink. We weren't able to make use of the breakfast as we left very early in the morning but we enjoyed our drinks! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and had huge lockable bag storage under the beds. We even had a little balcony after being upgraded to the 4 person room. The hostel is located very close to a metro stop and you can get into the city centre in just over 10 minutes, so it's an excellent place to be. Can't wait to come back and stay again! Loved Milano and loved Madama
