Our stay at the Galleria Vik Hotel was exceptional. The location is simply unbeatable, the best in Milan. Being right in the heart of the city, with the Duomo and everything else just steps away, made exploring Milan effortless. We stayed in the Palace room, which was absolutely stunning. The double-height ceilings gave the room a grand and luxurious feel, while still being comfortable and inviting. The balcony overlooking the Galleria offered one of the most spectacular views you could ask for. What truly set this hotel apart was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I especially loved the concierge service through WhatsApp whatever we needed, we simply sent a message and received a response within seconds or minutes. Their responsiveness and willingness to help made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Milan.

My wife and I stayed here recently. Before we went, I read all the reviews and overall they are pretty correct. The air conditioning and internet were not great. If those are deal breakers for you, stay somewhere else. That said, I consider myself pretty heat sensitive and don't recall having a big problem with the room temperature in mid may with highs in the low 90s. Those things aside, the hotel is pretty awesome. The location is literally unbeatable. The view from our room was literally into the galleria. The bathroom was clean and huge. My wife and I really enjoyed being able to take a bubble bath open the windows and hear the bustle of the galleria below. I think we got our money worth and would stay here again.

I am a Hilton Honors member and stayed here at the end of January. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. The front desk and bell staff were polite and efficient, which left a very good and lasting impression. As a member, I was assigned a room in a great location, and it was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast did not offer a huge variety, but it was refined and well prepared, with good flavors. Although the hotel is located near a shopping district and can be a bit noisy at times, the location is extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I was fortunate to celebrate my birthday at this beautiful hotel in Milan, Italy! It was absolutely perfecto! The service was above and beyond, The team members were friendly and accommodating. The room was stunning, and the Hotel artwork is like being in a museum. Honestly, it Is now one of my favorite hotels in Italy. When you stay here, you open up your window and see the promenade below with all the beautiful Fashion stores, you eat breakfast and you look out on the parade of people beneath you. I can’t imagine a more fun as well as elegant Hotel in Milan. A special thank you to Rizelle and her front desk partner for making my birthday one to remember!

Our stay in Room 512 was disappointing due to the excessive heat. The room faced west and lacked blackout shades. A maintenance technician inspected the thermostat and agreed that the room was uncomfortably hot. The room was also missing basic furniture such as chairs and a table, which made it difficult to hold a brief meeting. To the staff’s credit, these items were provided after we requested them. The heat in the room became unbearable, and we ultimately requested a room change. Unfortunately, the second room 301 was similarly warm, with only a fan operating and no air conditioning available. The hotel explained that local energy policies in Milan limited the use of air conditioning; however, we stayed at another Hilton property in Milan during the same trip and experienced excellent air conditioning there. On a positive note, the hotel’s staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was excellent. Had the temperature issue been resolved, our experience would have been much more enjoyable.
