A pleasant spot for breakfast, though it lacks a bit of charm and the feeling of a proper buffet — everything is à la carte only. The avocado toast is great, especially with two poached eggs added. The frittata, however, was quite dry — and honestly, the waiter should have mentioned upfront that it’s a large portion for one person. Still my favorite breakfast in Milan remains the one at Principe di Savoia — a tough benchmark to beat!

I’d like to address our visit to the restaurant. My grandfather who is 88 years old wanted to have a fancy dinner at the four seasons hotel, initially all staff on the bar side of the restaurant were extremely accommodating and catered to our wants/needs. After we had our before dinner cocktails we went to the restaurant for dinner. My grandfather ordered a ribeye steak, when the steak was severed it was so tough he couldn’t chew/or cut the steak. So he talked to our waiter and he suggested a filet. After the filet came he had one bite of his steak and pushed it to the side. Our waiter walked pasted our table several times without asking how his steak was, he was dissatisfied with the cut of meat also being tough. 30 mins went by and still the waiter did not check in with our table. We had to ask another sever to find him. Still took ages for him to turn up, finally i had enough and went up to him and said we were done. We wanted to pay and leave. He refused to take the steak off the bill which had one bite out of, with loads of attitude and a disrespectful manor. “Pay for the whole bill or just don’t pay at all, it’s not my problem” The manager did take them both off our bill but our dinner/night was ruined by our server. Now we understand not to order streaks in Italy but the way this was handled was unacceptable, this server is not acting in the interest of the four seasons hotel/ business. We won’t be coming back to the four seasons in Milan.

Had lunch at the Four Seasons — it was the best and most luxurious experience thanks to the staff. Each and every waiter was very genuinely friendly, and made sure we had all the comforts we might want. Beautiful atmosphere, nice lunch and great people. Thank you to Barbara, Remus and the very sweet restaurant manager who’s name I can’t remember!

My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Milano was truly exceptional. The bar is incredibly enjoyable — stylish, intimate, and perfect for a relaxed evening. The rooms are beautifully designed, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The courtyard is absolutely stunning, especially in beautiful weather. Sitting there, enjoying a drink or a meal in such a serene atmosphere, is an experience in itself. I would happily return.
