It's okay. Coffee and dessert for 3 costs about 100 euros... so i can say it's really expensive! If you want to experience something very fancy and pay a good chunk of money, don't go there! It's mostly for tourists, visitors who wanna sit somewhere and chill a bit while shopping. It wasn't awful, the desserts were tasty, Coffee was also good but really... a small cheesecake or a tiny Tiramisu 17 or 20 euros? A jasmine tea (which was just a teabag) foe 12 euros? Really? I bought a big plate of Tiramisu for 2 for 15 euros! Are you kidding? They brought us some biscuits before we ordered anything which we though was something complimentary or a "welcome gesture" but no! If you touch it, you have to pay 1 eiro per biscuit! Such a shame... very nice place but felt like the theft! One visit was enough, i don't think it's worth to go there again...
The location truly speaks for itself: situated in the iconic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, this spot exudes class and charm. While I didn’t come for lunch or dinner, I specifically stopped by for a classic breakfast – and it did not disappoint. The ambiance is elegant and timeless, with décor that perfectly complements the grandeur of the Galleria. Service was friendly and professional, striking a nice balance between attentive and relaxed. What stood out most was the quality of the coffee and the freshness of the brioche. The flavors were simple yet authentic – no unnecessary frills. What pleasantly surprised me were the prices. Compared to similar establishments in other major cities, both in Italy and abroad, this is a very affordable choice for a refined breakfast experience. In short: this is more than just a place to eat or drink – it’s somewhere to pause, appreciate your surroundings, and enjoy the quality of something simple done well. Perfect for a calm start to the day or a quick break while exploring Milan.
An elegant place for a lingering lunch with fantastic people watching in the Galleria Vittorio Emmanuelle. Our food was delicious and was elegantly presented, as one would expect at such a posh address in Milan. Seeing clientele who look like regulars in the café felt like a throwback which added so much charmed to our delightful time here.
I came here today at around 11am and very disappointed. I found a piece of glass in a coffee cup. I was quite shock and then I told the staff. I forgot to ask her name. She apologized for this accident. I told her I came here many times and never satisfy with the service and more worsen for this time. The staff told me no need to pay for the bill but I think it probably wouldn’t be enough for this case. The restaurant should take more responsibility. The piece of glass can be hurt me even it didn't happen for this time. What about next time? No guarantee that will be safe.
I’ve come here before and it was great but the second time we were treated horribly by the server. He was mad we were sat in his section and refused to serve us. We had done nothing but sat quietly and waited but when he looked at us he shook his head no and walked away. Don’t waste your time coming here. Horrible server pic attached. Owner and manager should be aware of the business turned away.
