This was my second stay at the Armani Hotel, and somehow the experience surpassed my first visit. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional level of customer service — every interaction felt genuine, attentive, and thoughtfully personalized. The prompt communication via WhatsApp was another big advantage. I was especially impressed by their recommendations, which were spot on. From dining suggestions to local experiences, every tip they shared elevated our trip and helped discover things I wouldn’t have found on my own. Returning for a second stay can sometimes feel less exciting, but here it felt even more special. The consistency, warmth, and attention to detail make it clear that excellence isn’t a one-time effort — it’s their standard. I’ll absolutely be coming back again.
If Google allowed for more than 5 stars, then they would easily get it. Amazing Hotel, Amazing Service. This was my 4th visit to Milan and it was the first time that I truly enjoyed it, thanks to Armani Hotel. Arriving early, I asked if my room was ready, they apologized saying that it was empty and they are cleaning it and should be ready soon. I told them I will be leaving for lunch and be back and they would send me a WhatsApp as soon as it was ready. Half an hour later, I got a message that my room was ready. Coming back from lunch, I was informed that my room was upgraded to and I was given a bigger room. That was a POSITIVE start to my Milan stay The staff were super accommodating, cheerful and always ready to help. The room was one of the nicest I have ever seen and the smell, my god, it simply relaxes you the moment you smell. a 5 star is unfair, they deserve more. Thank. you to the team at Armani for making this one of the best vacation I have even taken. I have decided to book Armani Hotel in Milan every year the same time. I will see you soon.
I came in just for drinks and wanted to revisit this place because I had been here about two years ago. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. The staff were extremely rude and snobby, particularly Julia and Francesco. Their attitude made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived, which is disappointing for a place that should value hospitality. It’s a shame because I remembered this spot more positively in the past, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t feel inclined to return or recommend it. Updated Response: I came at 10:10 pm the server (white female brunette ponytail hair, mid 20s was wearing grey vest and pants skinny built and the bartender male (bald with glasses white Italian). I personally asked for their names, they knew they were in the wrong hence why the gave us the wrong name to further mislead us. If you want you can check your camera we were sitting by the window right across from the bar. Right by the tall lit marble wall. Honestly, your establishment is flawed and so is your automated responses. Why don’t you take some accountability the staff is clearly learning from you. I also emailed you Matilda if you cared enough you would respond to that. Rest assure I will be posting my experience on social media as well and together we will get to bottom of this! :)

From the moment I arrived, every team member was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. A special thank you to Simone, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. Simone’s dedication and genuine care made our stay feel personal and effortless. The service throughout the hotel was seamless and thoughtful always elegant, never intrusive , perfectly reflecting the Armani philosophy. Thank you to the entire team for such impeccable service. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking luxury paired with genuine care and hospitality.
We had the best room in the hotel with balcony on the 6th floor. Sadly the bar is on the 7th floor that had live dj in the evening. Our ceiling and windows were vibrating and we asked to be moved . We'll never stay here again and would absolutely not recommend this hotel . Parties are more important than their guests.
