We had a great time! The service and the staff was incredibly attentive and the food came out quickly. We had the bone marrow, mushroom pizza, and the lasagna. The bone marrow and the mushroom pizza were amazing. We were so excited for the pizza, we forgot to take a picture of the full dish. The lasagna was good, but not spectacular, compared to the other two dishes. Probably not gonna get again.

Outstanding food and service. Some of the dishes were the best things I’ve ever eaten, without exaggeration- cabbage & chicory salad w green goddess. Steak with the potato and sauce were perfect. Pizza was interesting. Wish the breadcrumbs on the oysters were more crunchy but everything was top notch. We were seated late because the previously table was lingering to make up for it our first drinks were comped. My napkin fell and within seconds I had a new one. Staff friendly & well informed. Bravo, this is a very special place.

Our experience truly exceeded expectations. From the very beginning, even the simplest details stood out, the bread with olive oil was excellent and set the tone for what was to come. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor, all the way through dessert, which was a perfect ending to the meal. The salad was absolutely spectacular, fresh, well balanced, and one of the highlights of the evening. The service was outstanding, attentive, warm, and professional without ever feeling intrusive. As a small suggestion, the meat had great flavor but was slightly on the tougher side; however, this did not take away from an otherwise wonderful dining experience. Overall, it’s a fantastic restaurant with high quality food and excellent service, and we would definitely return

Walrus Rodeo by far, is the best rodeo I’ve been to, definitely takes you on a ride from the start all the way until the last second you leave. Boie De the sister restaurant next door always is perfection, I learned as is Walrus Rodeo, same level of excellence and execution. I have came to Walrus rodeo a couple times before for appetizers and drinks with some friends at the bar. I’ve even taken out pizzas and sandwiches during Super Bowl, but this was the first time I have actually eaten appetizers, entrées, desserts, & drinks…..and I wish I have so sooner! The steak and potatoes pave was unbelievable, the cabbage appetizer was so complex that my partner who does not like cabbage fell in love with the dish, the pb&J dessert, was probably one of the most memorable desserts I’ve had in quite some time. The wine, the cocktails just wow! The red wine of tap was spectacular as well as the house Orange, we finished off with a cocktail called the muffin man that was made with port and it was so balanced, perfect finish to a perfect meal! Can’t wait to come back for some more The service is impeccable, every time, our bartender and server for the evening was Sidney and wow! Every bartender, every server, hostess, cook, food runner, all just wonderful! ❤️

Walrus Rodeo has a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The venue isn’t very large, so it’s best to make a reservation—though fortunately, we were able to get a table without one after a short wait. The bluefin tuna and the beef tataki were incredible, and the pizzas are probably some of the best—if not the best—I’ve had in Miami. The steak au poivre was exceptional, and the potato pavé it comes with is my favorite I’ve tried so far. The quality of the ingredients and the skill in the kitchen really stand out. Service was excellent, and the pacing of the meal was perfect—not rushed, but not slow either, with just the right timing between courses. Hard to see in Miami specially in smaller venues.
