Amazing experience at Viajero, The location is excellent being central to everything in the Miami beach area. The rooms are top end. But by far the best thing about the Viajero is the close sense of community that you immediately get to join into through the daily events run by the brilliant Bea who is s member of staff who always went the extra mile to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to get social whilst doing the enjoyable activities that she daily prepared. I can't recommend the Viajero Miami highly enough and will definitely be going back one day myself 😎.

I spent 10 nights in this lovely hostel during my first trip to Miami, and I already can’t wait to come back. From the very beginning, the front desk staff were amazing, super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to Sol, who always had a great smile and an incredible attitude. She went above and beyond to help guests and truly made the experience even better. Thank you all so much for everything and for opening the doors for you guys back in Colombia!

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel, and a big part of it was thanks to Mika. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. This hotel is nice and the room was ok, but we were very disappointed by the service, and communication with the staff was really difficult. First of all, we booked on Expedia and we didn't receive answer to any of our messages on the app chat. We tried to call the hotel and after some trials we managed to speak with the receptionist. We stayed in the hotel for one night, and we forgot our jackets inside the storage closet. We called the reception and, after a couple of tries, the staff answered and we were told that our jackets had been found, after we carefully described them. Trusting this information, we decided to return to the hotel the following day specifically to collect them. Otherwise, we would not have made the trip or spent that extra time. For this reason, it was quite disappointing to arrive there and be informed that actually the jackets had not been found. We understand that mistakes can happen — including our own, as we mistakenly left our jackets behind — but what we found particularly disappointing was the lack of care in handling the situation and the lack of follow up. In fact, after some attempts to understand - unsuccessfully - what had happened, we left our phone number hoping to receive in the next days some news from the cleaning service manager, but we didn't receive any message, not even just to know that they tryed to do something to solve the problem. We lost much of our time, which, in the end, was more important than the jackets themselves. We felt really frustrated and disappointed by the level of care, management and communication as we felt that they didn't care much of the situation. For this reason, while the hotel itself is ok, we definitely would not recommend this hotel. However, we hope this feedback can be helpful for improving the guest experience.
