⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Setai is easily one of the most elegant and peaceful luxury hotels in Miami Beach. While many places in Miami focus on the party scene, The Setai feels like a private sanctuary by the ocean. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere changes — calm music, beautiful Asian-inspired design, and an attention to detail that immediately makes the place feel special. One of the highlights of the property is the three temperature-controlled infinity pools lined up facing the ocean. It’s one of the most relaxing pool settings in Miami and perfect for spending an entire afternoon enjoying the view. The service is exceptional and the entire property feels refined and well maintained. Whether you’re visiting for a romantic getaway, a quiet luxury stay, or simply exploring Miami Beach, The Setai offers a completely different experience from the typical hotel. Pro tip: Visit the pool area around sunset — the combination of the palm trees, the pools, and the ocean view creates one of the most beautiful scenes in Miami Beach. If you’re looking for true luxury and tranquility in Miami, The Setai is one of the best places to experience it. — Chris Raborg The Cyborg Project 🤖

MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH!!! What an amazing team of professionals, from hosts, servers, runners, food station attendants. It was an exceptional experience and remarkable given the number of guests. The food was beyond! Visually and gastronomically …an abundance of choices. Cannot thank the staff enough for making brunch perfect. The rose gift is so appreciated, it’s opened beautifully.

Are you a person of color and want to feel discriminated against? Then go to the weekend brunch at Jaya at Setai. Let me set the scene for you of the clientele I observed for the 2 hour time limit I was there. Lots of white Russians and Jews, some Hispanics and some African Americans. I arrived on time for my 12 noon appointment. The hostess which was a 20 year old-ish Hispanic young woman wasn't pleasant or friendly upon greeting. She brushed us off to move on to the next customer by telling us we can get a drink in the dining area until she calls us for a table. After 15 minutes of waiting and she didn't call. I eventually went up to her and asked when will we be seated. She said about an hour. So why make reservations if there's no seating available. An older African American woman who seemed to be a manager over heard our conversation and told me she will get me seated. Within 5 minutes I had a table. It's now 12.30pm. After I was told to wait to be seated initially I observed the white customers immediately being shown to their seats. My waitress was Sofia and I didn't catch the names of the support staff who filled water etc. Sofia started of strong with being friendly however after the initial welcome. She just stayed at the back in a corner without any follow up as to anything else we would need. My water glass and champagne glass remained empty multiple times. I had to flag down staff for it to be refilled. Then I observed multiple other tables had a wine bucket with champagne and water and we had none. After flagging down another wait staff as to why others had this and we didn't and wouldn't it be easier for me to serve myself instead of continually asking for water to be refilled. We didn't know there was a 2 limit time frame to eat and leave their premises because none of the staff we interacted with said this. At promptly 2.30pm our check was brought to us. We didn't even have time to have dessert. As soon as we paid a young black man came up to us and told us thank you for dining with us but you have to leave now. For a supposedly high class establishment the staff at this property is the most lazy, unprofessional and lacking any customer service skill training. Never will I be back.

If You’re Going Out in Miami, The Setai Is 100% Worth It We went to The Setai in Miami last night and honestly had one of the best dinner experiences ever. We were a group of 10, and from the moment we arrived the service was outstanding. The bartender made amazing drinks, super friendly, great vibe. When we sat down, they told us we had a 2-hour window, but the whole service was perfectly timed and never felt rushed. Food was exceptional from appetizers to mains, and when we mentioned it was our friends’ birthday, they surprised us with a cake. Such a classy touch. Even when we went a bit over the 2 hours, they handled it really respectfully. Plus the ambiance? Insane. Shows on both sides, kind of like Cirque du Soleil, amazing music, super elegant atmosphere. Overall just a magical night. Huge hit. Highly recommend. #MiamiEats #TheSetai #MiamiRestaurants #MiamiNightlife #FoodieTravel #DinnerWithFriends #MiamiVibes #MustTryMiami

Upon checking into the Setai, you are greeted with a warm towelette and a refreshing beverage. Each and every employee is courteous and respectful, as if they woke up that morning with a singular goal- to make You, the guest, feel cared for and pampered. The rooms are spotless, not a speck of dust to be found anywhere. Housekeeping comes by twice (!) a day! The bed is scrumptiously soft and comfortable. And the smell! Just a clean fresh, not overwhelming aroma permeates the entire hotel. The pools are crystal clear and gorgeous, and the beach! Ahh! The attendants at both the pool and beach set up your lounge chair with towels for you. The drinks were also otherworldly! If you want to escape the everyday mundane, The Setai is THE place to recharge and relax. You will leave rejuvenated, cared for, and happy! Thank you for the best experience ever!
