This place is gross. There were roaches LIVE cockroaches all over in every room. We contacted Airbnb and told them they allowed us to change rooms to a cleaner one. We looked at 3 different rooms and they took us to another room a dead cockroach in the sink and then another room more live cockroach’s in the sink. GROSS! They took us to more the rooms were just gross and then he took us to another room and there were people sleeping in the last room. Unprofessional! The “sparkling clean” thing they advertise is not TRUE! Not one clean product in sight to clean things with. The toilet paper was thin too. Not to mention the people who work here do have access to the room at ALL times which makes them think they have the right to come in whenever. When we went out for the night we came back to our roach infested room (we do not have money to get another place) the Tv was on and playing music. We left the room with the tv turned off. It was playing Spanish music we don’t speak Spanish. Really strange and weird. Well the last day they kept knocking at our door a hour before check out. And then PROCEEDED TO UNLOCK AND OPEN THE DOOR on us. We were getting dressed and naked. That’s a invasion of privacy. Also I need to mention they were threatening to kick us out of the place because we told them about the roaches. We wanted a refund. No one wants to pay for roaches they are pest and gross and they travel to places and infest areas. They were going to kick us out because they had roaches which is gross it’s unfair . They need to have clean room. The only good thing about this place is that it’s close to the beach for cheap For a reason because the roaches live there. So this place is roach infested and they also invade peoples privacy. AND the walls are thin and you can hear everything and everyone. This place needs to be shut down or at least they need to do something about the roaches infestation. Vacation ruined!!

Let me tell you about this nightmare of a place. At first everything was going great, until we found ROACHES! Roaches were everywhere!! Absolutely DISGUSTING! They tried to put us in several new room, all filled with nasty roaches. One room they tried to open there were people INSIDE sleeping. One night when we got back there was music playing on the TV? Idk if they went in and did that or what. Weird right? ALSO 30mins before our check out they knocked on our door which is fine but, we told them we were undressed TWO times loudly, then they tried to OPEN the door we had to say it AGAIN! Now the location is wonderful! But other than that… ew

Francesca at the Front Desk was prompt, efficient, and made certain I could get into my room as soon as possible. Since I had been awake & in transit since 2:30a, it was much appreciated.

Check in was extremely easy and receptionist was helpful and warming. She was very fast and efficient but at the same time made you feel welcomed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Very lovely room and very clean. If you are looking for a room this is it and is right next to the beach.

Convenient location, front desk staff was kind. You get what you pay for, room was decent. Unfortunately after a few days we found several roaches in our room with evidence that more are present (skin shedding, droppings. Staff was apologetic but had no way to fix the situation or offer any compensation. We checked out a day early and found another hotel. I wouldn’t be surprised command, spend a little extra for somewhere without cockroaches.
