This place was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The girl that checked me Gabrielle was amazing and attentive. I asked for an early check-in she did not promise that I would get it however she was able to get me in sooner. The area of the lactation was close to many stores and restaurants. I look forward to returning soon. If you are looking for a hotel in the Miami Beach area look no further the is the place you want to be.
This property is managed by Lowkl. Despite having a confirmed booking through Airbnb for a special personal trip (birthday anniversary), no check-in instructions were provided on the day of arrival. After multiple attempts to get assistance, we were informed that the unit was not ready and could not accommodate us. This resulted in a last-minute cancellation and forced emergency rebooking, completely disrupting our plans. For a professional management company operating multiple properties, this level of communication and reliability is unacceptable. I would not recommend booking properties managed by Lowkl based on this experience.
I went there, smell like weed. Elevator dirty. Room: sheets with a dark spot. Elastic cheap mattress. Left! I couldn’t stay there. Just the receptionist nice and try to do her best. Lost money with them. They charged me the first night anyways if I didn’t stay 15 minutes. I don’t recommend it at all!
First and last time staying here, the room was ok, the room needed to be swept dirt all on the floor, there was roaches in our room I told the front desk and they just came up with raid and spayed around. It is conveniently located, I did have a rental for 1 day so I used the street parking during the day since we were gone most of the day and used the parking on 13 and Collins at night they charge a flat rate at night and hourly after 5am
Truly disgusting place! I’m not picky but my room was sooo smelly and dirty. Mold everywhere, leaking shower, crusty(!) stains on the bed, sticky floors, cockroaches, I could go on forever. Only good thing is the location and it’s pretty neat with the door codes, but that does not even nearly weight up for all the dirt.
