I've stayed at Four Seasons properties around the world and have always been loyal to the brand. This experience changed that. I was asleep in the middle of the night, undressed, in a deadbolted room. I woke up to a stranger standing in my room in the dark, asking why I was still here. I had no idea who this person was or what was happening. It was terrifying. It turned out to be security, and the only explanation I was given was that their system glitched. The property itself is beautiful. But the response to what happened is what lost me. The initial offer was resort credits. After I escalated, I was told I'd receive a one night refund. It's been over a month and that refund still hasn't come. What bothered me most was how the manager handled it. It was treated like a minor inconvenience, like my food showed up late. This wasn't that. Someone entered my locked room in the middle of the night while I was sleeping and undressed. That's a serious invasion of privacy, and it was met with zero accountability. I expected more from Four Seasons. This is the kind of response you'd get from a budget chain, not a brand that markets itself on trust and service. They lost a loyal guest over this.

Everything was wonderful. Warm welcome by Victor at valet & Emma at check in, who also shared with us the interesting history of the building. Enjoyed the complimentary glass of champagne while we listened. The pool was beautiful and there are many options for where to sit. Agustin, the pool bartender, provided great service and made delicious cocktails. He was sweet to wish us a happy anniversary. Kostantino, the pool attendant, was hospitable in sharing hotel information with us. We had a lovely drink at the trendy downstairs bar before our short ride to dinner in the heart of Miami. Our room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. The shower had hard pressure and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful. Loved looking at our view with the floor to ceiling windows. Nice breakfast with great service and a fabulous view. When leaving, several valet attendants helped us. First class service all around!!

FANTASTIC RESTAURANT! I had dinner at the surf club and I felt in love of EVERYTHING! Service, food quality, ambiance, music; all these elements together are perfect if you want to surprise someone or first time dating. The ambiance is classic and romantic. The special meat they have is unbelievable amazing, I though the waitress exaggerated when he recommended, but he wasn't! The pasta, fish and desserts were also good. But if you ask me for the best dish, I will tell you the meat. Good variety of wine and well made drinks. Valet available. You get what you pay for; here you will get the best! Classic, Frank Sinatra style, elegant.

Had a great experience at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami beach area. Kevin, Dewa, and Pandu were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really stood out and made time at the beach area even better.
