We had a wonderful stay at Faena. Everyone was fantastic, and the service throughout our visit was truly excellent. A special thank you to Kalvin and Ariel for being so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Great hotel, but unfortunately I will not be back. While the property itself was nice, the checkout experience was disappointing. At checkout, I was given a paper showing the total charges as $389.56 and that the refund would be around $360. After leaving the hotel, I received an email with a different final total of $549.92, without anyone informing us of this change during checkout. I don’t think it is acceptable to change or add charges after a guest has already checked out without explaining it in person. For comparison, I have stayed at 1 Hotel before, and everything was clearly explained at both check-in and checkout, which made the experience much smoother and more transparent.

We attended the *Obsession* show, and it was nothing short of unforgettable. Sofia is extraordinary. Her voice, charisma, professionalism, and natural leadership command the stage from the very first moment. Her talent is undeniable, and the way she connects with the audience—both directly and subtly—creates an experience that feels personal, immersive, and leaves you wanting more. The entire cast is equally impressive. “Muscle Mami” is astonishingly athletic and delivers multiple jaw-dropping moments that truly elevate the show’s energy and excitement. The musicians are exceptional. The multi-instrumentalist with the yellow hair—violinist, guitarist, and pianist—is mesmerizing, showcasing remarkable versatility and artistry. The saxophonist brings a powerful, electrifying presence, and his improvisations alongside Sofia add a dynamic and unforgettable layer to the performance. This is not just a show—it is a complete sensory experience. We wholeheartedly recommend *Obsession* to everyone. It is unique, captivating, and absolutely worth experiencing.

Five stars is honestly the minimum for Faena Miami Beach. The place is absolutely magical. From the moment you walk in, every detail feels luxurious, artistic, and thoughtfully curated. The atmosphere is unlike anywhere else in Miami Beach. The service was exceptional, the property is stunning, and the overall experience feels more like stepping into a world class resort in another country than a typical hotel stay. The restaurants, decor, music, and energy throughout the property are all on another level. I have stayed there many times over the years and will absolutely continue to return. Every visit has been memorable. Looking forward to eventually visiting the Faena New York as well, which I keep hearing is incredible. Truly one of the most unique hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere.

The property itself is beautiful and still has one of the best atmospheres in Miami. The check-in staff was warm and attentive, and my spa provider was excellent and one of the highlights of the stay. The design, beach access, and overall aesthetic are what initially drew me to Faena for a birthday staycation. Unfortunately, the service did not match the reputation or price point of the hotel. During dinner, a friend sent a bottle of rosé and a birthday card to my room. At 1:30am, I was woken up by room service asking to retrieve the table, which felt extremely inappropriate and disruptive. After being woken up that late, I could not fall back asleep, and it affected the rest of my stay the following day. To make matters worse, the room service attendant also removed the bottle and birthday card, which was very strange and disappointing. Beach service was also very delayed, and orders were repeatedly mixed up throughout the day. Lunch service in the courtyard was similarly slow, it took a long time just to be acknowledged, and we ultimately decided to leave. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail felt noticeably below what I expected from a hotel that markets itself as one of the best luxury properties in Miami.

I had a great experience at Faena Hotel Miami Beach. The hospitality is amazing and the staff is very kind and attentive. Special thanks to Ridge at the pool for the excellent service and attention. He was always making sure everything was perfect and checking if I needed anything. He really made my beach day special 🌟 Beautiful atmosphere and amazing service. I will definitely come back again!
