Cute hotel. Good location, walkable to many places. The double rooms are compact with not many surface spaces to put things. The bathroom did not have a vent, it got very hot while using the shower. The service was great. Keep an eye out for extra charges for things in the room and on receipts from the bar/cafe in the lobby. Nice rooftop area, decent gym. Fun area to walk around in. Night life was not really present on a Thursday night.

I’ve visited this hotel before for drinks but this was my first time actually staying here for two nights during the week as a business traveler. The hotel makes a fantastic first impression. The common areas are beautiful, the bar offers great drink options, and the rooftop is a wonderful space to spend time. The staff were consistently welcoming and attentive. The arrival and departure experience in particular stood out — the team even helped load my luggage into the Uber when I left, which was a very thoughtful touch. That said, the in-room experience didn’t fully match the high standard set by the rest of the property. My room was quite small and the walls seemed very thin, so noise traveled easily between rooms and throughout the floor. The AC unit also appeared to be inconsistent — at times the room became very cold and drafty, while at other times it warmed up quite a bit. There was also very limited space to place luggage (even with just a small carry-on), and the window shade cord seemed to be malfunctioning during my stay. Breakfast options were fairly limited and consisted mostly of pre-made items. While there were a couple of healthier choices like a yogurt parfait and overnight porridge, it would have been great to see a few simple freshly prepared options such as eggs or avocado toast. Overall, the hotel has a great atmosphere and beautiful public spaces, and it’s definitely worth stopping by for a drink or spending time on the rooftop. With a few improvements to the rooms and breakfast offering, the guest experience could fully match the excellent impression created by the rest of the property.

Arlo Wynwood is located in a prime area. I was able to walk everywhere. The staff is amazing! Everyone made me feel comfortable and safe. Johnathan works at wyn wyn’s bar. He was kind and provided great recommendations when I asked for them. Any doubts! This hotel is amazing. I also enjoyed Pilates and working out in the gym.

Stayed here on business and was booked for me so I didn’t get to check beforehand. The staff are friendly and helpful, room was clean and had most things you’d need. But this is a party hotel… they have pool parties, and events on the ground floor that have music going on till 10 sometimes 11pm, then the noise aftermath of those party people. They do leave basic foam earplugs on the bedside tables but they do very little when the speakers are right outside your balcony and playing bass heavy music. It’s a shame because everything else in the hotel is quite nice, but a hotel is a place to sleep and rest. This is a lesson learned for me in validating business trip hotels. UPDATE: I’m updating this from a 2 star to a 4 star thanks to the staff you have. I was particularly tired at the time of writing the review but after taking an evening to relax the following day on the rooftop I’ve calmed down a bit. Pedro at the rooftop was fantastic conversation and excellent service. Keeping me company and giving all kinds of local insights. I think as long as you come into this hotel knowing about the events and the rooftop parties, then you can have a fantastic time.

We had a fantastic stay at the Arlo in Wynwood. Fantastic and thoughtful service from valet to bartender to front desk. Jonnie at the bar at Wyn Wyn is an awesome host. Kitchen team at Wyn Wyn did a great job as well. We’ll definitely be returning whenever coming through Miami for a short trip again. Absolutely loved it. My only qualm was the amount of space in the room. I wish it had a little more space for clothing. Kind of had to live out of my suitcase for my few-nights stay, steaming things as I went instead of being able to do it all at once and let the clothes hang ready for me. For this reason, I don’t think I could stay for more than a few days at a time. Albeit the steamer was very nice.
