I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ritz Carlton in Mexico City. The staff were amazing, and very helpful. The location is wonderful, and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the spa and the sauna and steam room were actually hot! The pool is also like a warm bath, so that was enjoyable as well as we went in February when the weather wasn’t super warm. The only thing I did not enjoy was the restaurant on floor 38. I found a lot better food out and about in town, so I would definitely recommend going and exploring around town for food. I enjoyed the cocktails on floor 38 though. They also did the special welcome drink at 6 PM, but you definitely need to be in your seats in the restaurant at that time. We came in at 6:04, and were told we could not have the cocktail that comes out at 6 PM. All that to say that we still really enjoyed ourselves and everything was great overall. There was leftover food in my refrigerator when I arrived, that smelled kind of bad, but it wasn’t a big deal. I just threw it away and didn’t mention it to the staff. The view from our room was also impeccable, and my cousin stayed in the bridal suite, which was beautiful. I def recommend this hotel. The gym amenities were sufficient too!

After a flight cancellation and multiple trip changes, The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City was truly a breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism immediately put us at ease, turning what could have been a very stressful day into a relaxing one. They made our youngest feel incredibly special with thoughtful gifts, which meant more to us than they probably realize. The food was outstanding, and the staff’s presentation and attention to detail were exceptional throughout our stay. A true five-star experience in every aspect. Thank you to the Ritz-Carlton Mexico City team—we can’t wait to return.

Visited Samo's restaurant and it was fantastic 👌. Its on 38th floor which makes the views attractive for its guests. We didn't sit outside because it was too warm but sitting along the window felt just as good. Watermelon salad was delicious as was my burger. Fries were cooked perfectly. Margaritas were great and I highly recommend if that's your cocktail. Service was perfect and I would return if I'm ever in the area again

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Mexico City was absolutely extraordinary and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and truly personalized. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is breathtaking. Located high above Paseo de la Reforma, the rooms offer spectacular floor-to-ceiling views of Chapultepec Park and the Mexico City skyline, creating a stunning backdrop from sunrise to sunset. The rooms are beautifully designed—modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—with luxurious touches like deep soaking tubs. The amenities are just as impressive. The spa, indoor pool, and fitness center provide a relaxing escape after a day exploring the city, and the dining and bar experiences are outstanding. Every detail—from housekeeping to concierge service—reflects the world-class standard that Ritz-Carlton is known for. We came for my partners 50th Birthday and the level of service and accommodations are truly appreciated! Well done Ritz Carlton Mexico City!!! We will be back!!! ✌🏿 & ❤️

This is a review for the spa. They cancelled my reservation without letting me know until I was on my way. I had booked two 90 minute massages, hydra facials, and scrubs, in a packGe that included wine and snacks. They were able to fit me in for a shorter treatment that ended up being more expensive and they did not try to make any adjustments when I mentioned their error, which is very surprising for a Ritz.
