This recently updated hotel is an absolute gem in Polanco, a beautiful part of the city. Rooms and service were impeccable and the hotel is walking distance from many restaurants and Lincoln Park. Staying here really helped make our trip to Mexico City delightful!
Las Alcobas is an excellent hotel located right in the heart of Polanco, making it perfect for walking, dining, and exploring the area. The location alone is a big plus. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. The room was very modern and high-tech, with smart design and great attention to detail. While the room was a bit smaller than expected compared to other hotels in Polanco, it was comfortable and did the job perfectly. The only minor issue we encountered was with breakfast. Our booking included breakfast, but initially it was limite to pastries only. After raising this with the team, they immediately upgraded us to a full breakfast, which we really appreciated and shows their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would happily return to. Highly recommended.
The service was unparalleled with our one-night stay at this boutique property. From the moment the porters open the door, we were treated like royalty. Having stayed at the other elite Marriott properties in CDMX, Las Alcobas is a standout. The room was not large but extremely well-appointed and the bedding and sleep comfort is extremely comfortable. Mini bar is well-stocked. Make sure you do not miss the bathtub experience from the concierge. Room service was delicious as was breakfast with lots of options. Thank you to everyone who served us with a smile. We hope to be back soon! PS great location!!!
