This hotel has absolutely no respect for its guests. I would not recommend staying there under any circumstances! I stayed there for 3 days, and we were never informed that there would be an event with extremely loud music for many hours, including at night. It was truly a nightmare! Even after asking them to at least lower the volume a little, they did nothing. On top of that, the room was not clean. It smelled like cigarettes, and I even found a live cockroach! The shower is terrible because the water suddenly becomes extremely hot. They also did not clean the room despite our request. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Do not stay here. I've stayed here twice now and there are security risks to your personal information that outweigh all the good things. The first time was pretty good...modern looking rooms, great air conditioning, warm pool, cafe on-site, good internet ... our only complaint was there was no hot water in our room and my in-laws paid for a slightly fancier room that ended up being identical (including no hot water). The second time we stayed here was for our wedding in Mexico City. We recommended it to all of our guests and they proceeded to book 20 of the 30 rooms available. - 3 sets of guests were removed from the hotel booking. 2 of those sets of guests were told it was a plumbing issue...in person when I asked I was told it was a credit card issue. The other set of guests that were removed were told there was an issue with their credit card despite having successfully paid in full when they booked. They ended up having to refund him his money that they said they "weren't able to receive." It's pretty clear that they overbooked the hotel and just started kicking out my friends who had booked first becuase they ended up kicking out 2 out of my 3 groomsmen. - About 2/3 of the guests ended up receiving multiple phishing attempts on whatsapp after giving their phone information to the hotel - I personally received a fraudulent attempt to take money from my credit card on one other occasion as well.

Location is very good. Condessa and Roma are very close and so is Palenke. The rooms are generally speaking. In good shape, size and style. Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water in the shower. It was warm’ish but certainly not hot. We told the front desk but even after checking, nothing happened. I’d still recommend it. However. If you have enough time there are better places for your money to spend.

The hotel was fantastic. Rooms were great. Food was delicious. Staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, my reservation was cancelled 2 days before I arrived. This also happened to several other people in our party who were there for a wedding. We had all booked months in advance, and some had even paid up front. We received a number of different reasons for the cancellation, from improper bookings, to plumbing issues, to credit cards not working. None of these seemed to be true. It looked like they just over booked.

UNSAFE DO NOT STAY HERE An employee entered my room as I was sleeping at 5:25am March 13, 2026. The hotel then lied to cover it up, offering zero support. The worst part is I was here recovering from an abdominal surgery, and I sprang to my feet from the adrenaline of the scare when the stranger entered, and did even more damage to my surgery wounds. Luckily the person left quickly, but when I reported the incident to the hotel, not only did they not apologize to me, but they lied! They told me my father had requested a key to enter my room and check on me. This was a complete fabrication. I requested camera footage but they are refusing to provide it, saying the camera person doesn’t work until next week. Will be filing reports with the police and PROFECCO, and will post the reports here when finished. Not resting until I get justice. If someone higher up at the hotel wishes to contact me I would love to discuss this, but as of now all of the hotel employees are both refusing to help me and lying to protect eachother.
