Stayed here for a few nights in early 2026 and it was everything I hoped for from a Four Seasons—pure luxury with a serene escape right in the middle of bustling Mexico City. The location on Paseo de la Reforma is unbeatable: steps from Chapultepec Park, easy walks to Polanco, Condesa, and Roma, and quick access to major sights. Yet once you step inside, the hacienda-style courtyard with its lush greenery, fountain, and outdoor seating feels like a peaceful oasis that completely blocks out the city noise. Service was impeccable from the moment we arrived—warm welcome, attentive staff (shoutout to the concierge team for spot-on restaurant recommendations), and little thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, great linens, Nespresso setups, and modern bathrooms. We loved the courtyard views and how quiet it stayed even during peak times. Dining highlights included breakfast in the courtyard (fresh, delicious, and relaxed) and cocktails at the bar. The pool area is a nice retreat too, though it's more for lounging than laps. Minor note: some parts of the hotel were still wrapping up renovations during our visit, but it didn't disrupt anything noticeably. If you're looking for a refined, reliable luxury base to explore CDMX without sacrificing tranquility, this is it. Highly recommend—worth every peso. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
The famous brunch here absolutely lives up to the hype! It features fantastic Mexican cuisine, but they also offer all the international must-haves like pancakes, cheese platters, and smoked salmon. The hotel itself is nice, though it could definitely use a refresh, especially the rooms. Don't get me wrong, it is still a great property, but compared to other Four Seasons locations around the world, the design feels a bit dated and stuck in time. It is also a massive hotel! On a positive note, their business facilities are fantastic. If you need to rent a meeting room, they provide top-notch service, including catered breakfast, high-quality projectors, and great sound systems. Thank you to the team!
The hotel looks nice on the surface but while renovation is taking place, it is just a rip-off, not worth the price. First off, it is NOISY during the day. Our first few days, we couldn't turn off the lights at night. Once that got fixed, not all the lights would turn on. At least that was easier to live with. Guest Experience made offers of massages as an apology, but were never able to follow through. We had one appointment but it was canceled because they sent the staff home due to the construction noise. Staff doesn't have to listen to it but guests do? I wish we could have moved to another hotel but we were part of a tour group and were stuck there. In short, don't waste your money staying here until the renovations are done.
Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay in one of the recently renovated rooms. The rooms are well appointed and the property itself is a great mix of elegance and charm (especially the courtyard). The staff also blew us away by going above and beyond in a very personal and thoughtful way. While there's construction taking place during specific hours, we were warned well in advance and planned to be out and about during the day anyway. We will be back!
We came for dinner and drinks — and what a wonderful oasis in the city! The staff are pleasant and attentive. Unlike some tourists who could definitely use a lesson or two in manners before traveling abroad. They may have money, but not necessarily class or social grace.
