I am currently having an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the service has been absolutely outstanding. The attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team make me feel welcomed and valued at all times. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the level of hospitality is truly second to none. I recently booked a massage and spa package at The Ritz-Carlton and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations for a five-star hotel. Prior to my visit, I completed a booking form and requested a hotel tour. On arrival, I was directed to the spa and welcomed by the staff. However, once the massage began, I noticed that the towel where my face rested had an unpleasant smell, which was distracting and required me to ask the therapist to apply oil to help mask it. The massage itself was disappointing. The therapist spent an excessive amount of time repeatedly working on one shoulder, to the point that it became uncomfortable and I had to ask her to move on. Rather than being relaxing, the treatment left me feeling frustrated. After the massage, I was not informed about the spa facilities until I specifically asked. Only then was another staff member called to show me where the spa was located. This lack of communication felt unprofessional. The disappointment continued at the Sky Lobby, where I ordered a drink and a Caesar salad. While the drink was excellent, the salad was not. The croutons were extremely hard and dry, and one scratched the roof of my mouth. The waiter apologised and offered to replace the dish, but I declined. The salad was taken away, but no staff member returned afterwards to check on me, offer an alternative meal, or see whether I needed anything else. Overall, while the staff were generally friendly, the service, attention to detail, and overall experience fell well below the standard I would expect from a luxury five-star hotel, particularly given the price paid.

This is one of the best hotels in the world. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and immaculate--the views are absolutely incredible. The building is beautiful and the location is fantastic. My wife was sick much of this trip and, without asking, the team sent up chicken soup and tea. The property, rooms, and amenities are simply breathtaking. The pool, on the 64th floor, looks over the entire city. I truly will never forget this stay and plan to come back ASAP. This is the ultimate city oasis hotel.

We had the most amazing stay in April and cannot thank the team enough for such an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely flawless — truly a 10/10 stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the team went above and beyond to make my best friend’s 40th birthday so special and memorable. The reservations team were warm and welcoming, the spa team were an absolute delight, and all of the hosts were exceptional throughout our stay. A special mention to Le in the restaurant, who was so lovely and attentive — a huge asset to the team. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!
