San Telmo is a fantastic spot with such a great vibe from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is warm, lively, and perfect for a relaxed night out. The service was excellent friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. The steak was absolutely amazing—cooked perfectly and full of flavour. You can really tell the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. The sides were just as impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, a great dining experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Good Argentinian inspired experience. Native flavours well preserved. Nice ambience and buzzing with food lovers. The Kigfish Ceviche was delightful with perfect balance of sourness creamy and punchy flavours. The chapa brass to go with was so soft and flavoursome. Great to wipe off the plate with. Provoleta was good with well aged taste in the cheese and the tomato salsa went really well with it. The lamb rump was well cooked with a great char on it. Huge flame grilled bbq you can tell. The pollo was tender but could be a bit more juicier. The broth was flavourful. Overall taste was decent.....staff was friendly and a good list of local and mendoza valley wines.

In the city known for its amazing dining experiences, San Telmo deserves its place at the top! 🇦🇷🇦🇺 We forgot to make reservations for a Saturday lunch, but the restaurant had very comfortable seating for us at the bar. The food was hot and fresh, and the drinks crisp and cold. 🥩🍸 No review can give it justice - yoy will have to try it for yourself! The service was what made it exceptional. Preferences remembered, alternative options offered, and the glass of water always topped up. The attention to detail is exceptional! 🤩 Really wanted to give them 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Celebrated my birthday here, had one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time and the experience was lovely, all the staff were nice and attentive Must haves are the pork jowl (the way my eyes opened wide on my first mouth and I wish I had the whole plate to myself……) and the provoleta cheese was so amazing!! The asparagus was also to die for, so buttery and delicious. The steak was also really good as well as the salsa on the side! Only semi-miss was the dessert. Some dulce-leche crepe… it was nice but nothing to scream about! Wine recommendation by the staff were also good, really enjoyed the wine with my meal. Will be back when I’m back in Melbourne for the pork jowl!

Came here the other night and actually really liked it. Everything we ordered was good. Empanadas were so good, crispy and really flavourful. But just a heads up, we asked and were told they were small so we got one each… they’re not small at all. Pretty big, could honestly share one between two. Chorizo was juicy with a nice char, steak was cooked well and the chimichurri was really good. Service was easy and the vibe is nice, good for a chill dinner but still feels a bit nicer than casual. Portions are decent, we left full. Would come back.
