We enjoyed the baked pipe rigate with vodka sauce, flatbread, half roasted chicken, green salad, and fries. Shared between 4 which was perfect. Would order any of these dishes again. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Great range of drinks as well. We dined on a Friday night and it was a full house. So definitely reservations are required and kept to 90-120min.

I have come here years ago before it was very popular so I was curious to see if the quality still remains. This place is amazing the food, the service, the vibes. We actually couldn’t fault anything and I would definitely come back here as it’s totally worth the price you pay. The pasta was amazing I thought because it was baked that there was potential for it to be dry but it was not at all!! The duck was also perfectly cooked and the sauce went perfectly. I will be back again and again as the quality has remained despite growing popularity.

Great modern Italian food and wine with a good atmosphere that comes with the pricetag! Came here for dinner and got the: Half dozen oysters 7.5/10, solid, fresh tasting oysters and the vinaigrette was nice too. House flat bread 7/10, soft and warm, was good and the fromage Blanc was nice but didn’t add too much flavour Tuna crudo 6/10, fresh & tasty but nothing special Baked pipe rigate with vodka sauce 8/10, popular for a reason this was delicious - great flavour and the crispy top really added to the texture Shoestring fries 7/10 solid and a great portion, but not super crispy Wine selection is extensive and they were nice, not too pricey. Overall a nice meal but the portions aren’t huge for the price.

One of my favourite meals in Australia. I do not drink alcohol, so I came for the food rather than the wine, and Marion absolutely delivered. Fresh, creative dishes, a beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, and a very kind waitress who helped me choose. The vodka pasta was a real standout. Fantastic Melbourne spot. 🤩

We had a really lovely experience at Marion from start to finish. The whitebait sandwich was a great way to begin, simple, fresh and full of flavour. The baked pipe rigate with vodka sauce was a standout for me, rich, comforting and beautifully balanced. The chicken was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and coated in a deeply savoury sauce. One of the best parts of the meal was dipping the shoestring fries into the chicken gravy and even into the vodka pasta sauce. That combination was honestly so damn good and unexpectedly satisfying. Service was excellent from arrival to the end of the meal, warm, attentive and professional throughout. Our only small criticism was around dessert. The menu did arrive, but after that we were left waiting for quite some time without anyone returning to take our order. When no one came back, we decided to simply settle the bill and head off. It was a minor delay in what was otherwise a seamless experience. Overall, a fantastic meal with standout dishes and wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back.
