Beautiful interior, great sandwiches (in house baked breads), best coffees (house roasted blends), addictive sweets (again freshly baked daily at Hector's bakery) Hectors just keep outdoing themselves!

Was very keen to try considering the hype the brand has built from the other locations, but the 2 sandwiches I've tried were pretty average, there are better options available in Carlton. The spritzes and baked goods are nice though, and service is great.
