For an expensive hotel I expected a bit more. The views were beautiful, the beds were comfy, I did think the decor was very out dated, I didn't find it as clean as what I thought it would be. There was mold around some of the bathroom sinks, the toilet seat was heavy and loud, the bathroom doors are pretty see through 😅 so if you are going there as a family or with friends I wouldn't recommend. The lights and stairs are beautiful and its a convenient location. Staff were mostly lovely, there was a bell man who was extremly rude when we were leaving, I had asked them for help with my bags as I have disabilites and they were heavy and he just put them in front of us and told us to walk to the other side of the place to wait for our uber. So if you have disabilities I wouldnt rely on them to be helpful. Being a bigger hotel I would of thought simple things like knife's and forks would just be normal and be accessible but apparently if you want cutlery you have to pay to use it 😅. Seemed a bit stingy. They do provide a kettle but the fridge is full of alcohol so I could put milk or the birthday cake i had instead which was extremly annoying. Is the location convenient if you want to explore the city? Yes. You are paying for the name and thats it. I have stayed at cabins on the beach that provided coffee, cutlery, dinnerware, hot tubs, fireplaces etc for less than this. I wouldnt stay there again.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, always attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Every request was handled seamlessly, making me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at one of Crowns Villas, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for elegance, comfort, and outstanding service. This was a stay I will never forget.
