Comfy beds - large rooms and bathrooms - terrific location ! Lovely breakfast in a gorgeous dinning area Great hairdryer Staff were lovely Very little noise from the street which was great The pool area is terrible but looks like it’s having a makeover so would like to visit once that’s complete The bar area is closed sadly No room service The rooms need a huge makeover also - dirty and lacklustre and lots of stains The blinds don’t keep out the street lights or morning light which was terrible as we had 4 large windows No one answers emails so don’t bother The information in the newsletter seems to not align with the hotel itself ? The bathroom bench sits off the wall about 5 inches which is odd and you have to be careful nothing falls off it

Came for a city staycation with my two young kids (3 and 5) stayed in a king premier room with a rollaway bed ($50 and super comfy). The staff are SO nice here. It feels like a boutique hotel, we arrived on the train at 7pm, kids were tired. Jimmy the excellent night manager made us feel welcome and brought me a champagne to the room and apple juices for the kids. There was a free non alcoholic minibar with really high quality chocolates and bar nuts and chips. The rooms is huge! And really comfy and cosy. The free brekkie was a surprise (it didn’t mention it on Booking.com) and really good. Amazing giant choc chip cookies, chia pudding, pastries and real coffee. This place has personality and couple with the feeling that they really care, makes it a winner. Highly recommend for a really well priced hotel that feels like an actual holiday!!

Not a bad hotel. Rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, breakfast is decent. The highlight is the location. Within stone's throw of shopping, eating and entertainment of all kids. Melbourne Arts District is just round the corner, KINO Cinema is 500m, dozens of restaurants all around. The hotel sits right on top of NOMAD, one of the best restaurants in Melbourne. The only thing that annoyed me was their persistent follow-up for payment. I've ever stayed in a Marriott associated property where I had to pay ½ the room reservation amount at check-in. And then there were the persistent follow-ups for final settlement. The hotel had a valid credit card on file so there was no need to constantly remind the guest about settling the bill before leaving. And yes, the hotel does not have laundry service and any fitness facilities.

I have to say before my arrival, I was quite sceptical about the experience. But it is actually much better than expected Free mini bar I was able to request late checkout ( although not my usual 4 pm , but initially I expected they would flat out refuse it ) Spacious bathroom

Would not stay again. Poor service. In fact no service. Referred to me as one of the Marriott customers with an issue over late checkout.. no food (restates shut for renovation. No laundry. No reason or apology. Rooms are finished in stainless steel and wood so they’re really cold and noisy. Not my style. And will not ever go back a bit grubby public areas. I stayed for three days and spoke to nobody. Reception are too busy to chat or welcome guests
