I had an outstanding dinner at Al Fassia Guéliz. The ambiance is sophisticated yet warm, making it an ideal choice for a special evening. Every dish was prepared with care—the flavors were incredibly authentic and the presentation was top-tier. The service was seamless; the staff is attentive without being intrusive. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience with a truly welcoming feel. Atmosphere: Elegant and traditional. Must-Try: Their beef tagine is exceptionally tender. Dietary options: Excellent selection of vegetarian-friendly appetizers.

Share the salad starter, you will be surprised by the tasty variety of different dishes. The main courses are huge and the desserts are also worth ordering! Unfortunately we leave soon, otherwise we would have returned again. Highly recommended!

An exceptionally pleasant, family style restaurant. Service was caring, our waitress looked after as well. Food was tasty and especially the lamb shoulder is something not to miss. Best to save up your appetite for a full day prior to an attempt to eat this dish. Traditional Moroccan food prepared and presented by ladies who know their trade. The restaurant itself feels more like a living room in a wealthy person's home

Very good place possibly the best I’ve had in Morocco in a long time. Service was rather slow but we also came on Eid. Food was great for the most part: The Moroccan salad mix was extraordinarily well seasoned, best I’ve had here. The couscous was divine for a restaurant couscous. The tangia was too salty. If you want a great Moroccan food spot this is the one in Marrakech, don’t waste your time with the tourist traps.

Incredible experience - the atmosphere, the hospitality, the food. The food was especially delicious, best lamb either of us have ever had, and we experienced vegetables like we’ve never had before with the mixed salads. Honestly we were on the brink of giving up on Moroccan food 48 hours into our trip but Al Fassia has single-handedly restored our faith. These ladies are legendary in their craft, spending 4 years to master 1 dish (if we understood correctly). It was a real privilege to have been able to dine here and we will be back given the chance. Only regret is they fed us so well we had no room left for dessert.
