I absolutely loved my stay at The Picasso. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable, with a balcony, great beds and lovely linen. The location is also very convenient, with a 7-Eleven right next door, and the surrounding area feels clean and safe. There’s also a restaurant next door called Kodawari, which was great value and delicious. I highly recommend the cold noodles with wasabi. They were so good we ordered them twice in one sitting. I’ve worked in accommodation management for over 20 years, so I naturally notice the details, and this hotel really impressed me. Most of all, the staff were outstanding. Genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful without it feeling fake or overdone. A very enjoyable stay and I will definitely come back. ✨
The room was very spacious and comfy. I like the lighting options and the fact that bottled water was provided (in glass). Of course, I needed more than one bottle and sometimes got the staff to provide them. There is also a dispenser in the gym so, go fill whatever you have up yourself. The surrounding area is great ... the staff super friendly ... all in all, an excellent stay. I was able to park the scooter that I had rented in the basement garage which was very convenient. For the money, I'd say this is the best place to stay in this part of the city. Definitely try the restaurant as well!
We stayed at The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences for six days in November 2025 and felt very comfortable overall. The central location, the beautifully designed room, and the pleasant ambiance made our stay especially enjoyable. Unfortunately, I became seriously ill with food poisoning during our stay. In this difficult situation, the entire hotel team acted with exceptional care, professionalism, and genuine concern. A mobile medical team was promptly arranged, and both my family and I received attentive support and excellent care at all times. I would particularly like to highlight the team’s warmth, sense of responsibility, and compassion — even after our return to Germany, the hotel management reached out again to inquire about my health. This level of care is by no means taken for granted and deserves the highest recognition. We would gladly return to this very welcoming and well-managed hotel at any time. My sincere thanks go to the entire team at The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences. I wish everyone a joyful Christmas season and a peaceful start to the New Year.
Perfect, perfect, perfect. What's impression needs to be repeated three times. The rooms are large, clean and fully equipped, with security guard always at the entrance. The location is in safety area, next to 7-Eleven & excellent restaurants. Most importantly, the artistic decor features with many valuable Picasso paintings as the same as the hotel's name, and the operation is very polite, modern, and humane. I sure that i will come back in the next time.
I love this place to stay. It has its own unique charm. It's very clean and the staff have been wonderful. The only thing thing that gives me hesitation is there towel policy. We were charged for a makeup 'stain' on the towel. We questioned it because nobody wore makeup. As we were returning in a few days, they said they would wash the towel and give it to us on our return. We recieved the towel upon return and there was no stain that we could see. We didn't make a fuss but would advise others to be careful with the towels. The charge for the towel was 800 pesos.
