Exceptional stay from start to finish. Everything about this hotel was top-tier—the service was warm, attentive, and professional, and every detail felt thoughtfully considered. The room was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the bathrooms were spotless and spacious. We stayed on the 29th floor and the view was absolutely stunning—definitely a highlight of our trip. The location is also fantastic, with so many dining and shopping options nearby. We didn’t even get a chance to try the hotel restaurant because of how much there was to explore in the area—but that just gives us another reason to come back. Highly recommend—this stay truly set the standard. We’ll definitely be back.
Professional and friendly staff. Amenities are adequate. The food from the breakfast buffet and in-room dining is delicious. The pool could be upgraded with a temperature regulator as it was too cold due to the weather, since it's an outdoor pool. Maybe assign more concierge during Monday mornings as they were unable to help us with our bags during our early checkout. The valet parking is convenient and affordable. Location and view from the rooms are excellent.
This hotel is 10/10 from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. First of all, there is a lot of security, so we felt very safe there. This hotel is a 5 star experience with its gorgeous entryway, beautiful guest rooms, many dining options, and luxurious amenities (spa, fitness center, tennis, etc). The gym is open 24/7 and has fitness classes every hour and was a multi-level facility with so many machines. Dining experience: 10/10. We were absolutely amazed by the breakfast buffet which featured stations of every different kind of cuisine imaginable. One morning, we left very early on a tour, and the staff were kind enough to pack a breakfast for us to go and leave it at the front desk for us for pickup. The staff went above and beyond with their service! Location: wonderful! This is a super nice part of Manila, where you can easily walk to shopping, restaurants, cafes, and easily get taxis. Will definitely be staying here again.
This location was amazing. Services seemed unlimited. The staff was very respectful and eager to assist everyday. 24 hour security and huge selection of room meals. Everything you can need is within walking distance of this location with multiple entrances makes daily travel easy. Laundry services were quick and perfect. Stayed for over two weeks and this was by far one of my best experiences at any hotel
I visit this hotel for work often. It is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff make it very welcoming and everyone goes the extra mile to ensure a great stay. The beds are massive. The breakfast buffet is legendary. The gym is over 2 floors and has everything you could ever need. Location is as good as it’s gets. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Well done staff!
