I really appreciated our stay at Raffles Makati and how easy it was to feel settled in from the start. We checked in as a large group and it was handled efficiently and with grace, just in time to have the sumptuous afternoon tea! I was a bit ill on the first night but my delicious room service adobo meal definitely made me feel better! The location is fantastic with the Landmark Mall just across the road, and Green Belt near by. Very easy to catch a Grab and get anywhere from this central spot! The hotel has a very elegant style, but it never feels overly formal or intimidating - it's comfortable and inviting at the same time. We ended up spending quite a bit of time around the pool area, which was a great place to switch off and escape the pace of the city for a while. The overall atmosphere throughout the hotel felt calm and well thought out, and every space felt well maintained without trying too hard. We'd also like to specifically thank Micko and Patricia, who were exceptional during our stay. They were consistently warm, attentive and genuinely helpful, and their care and professionalism really made a difference to our overall experience. Highly recommend you to indulge yourself with staying a few nights in Raffles Makati - you won't be disappointed!

A truly great hotel. We stay here every time on a business trip. The thing that makes it exceptional are the attention to detail, the service and, of course, the wonderful staff. Special thanks to our concierge, John and the staff at the Raffles Restaurant Minero. It was my birthday while I was at the hotel and their thoughtful kindness was much appreciated. Thanks so much to Jamie, Ella, MG, Angel, Ichiro and Juliana. We stayed initially in 918 and then 911, both beautiful, but 918 is the corner room and we loved the light.

Rocco & Josephine I appreciated how easy and enjoyable our stay felt. The service was attentive, the facilities were well maintained, and the hotel had a polished and relaxing atmosphere. We also loved how convenient everything was, with shopping and dining options only across the road. It made it very easy to head out without having to travel far. The location worked perfectly for both relaxing and exploring. It was a really convenient base during our time in Makati.
