Mamou Serendra never disappoints. From the moment we sat down, everything just flowed smoothly. The steak was cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and clearly high quality. The pasta was light but packed with flavor, the salad was fresh and well-balanced, and the drinks were refreshing and on point. You can really tell when a kitchen is consistent and knows its craft. Big shout-out to Jobs and Vince for the excellent service. Super attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, made the whole dining experience even better without being intrusive. This kind of service is why you keep coming back. Reliable food, great atmosphere, and standout service. Mamou Serendra remains a solid favorite. 👏🍽️

The food was great and savory; every item had it's unique taste and texture. I recommend the ordering the Rib Eye, it's soft and juicy. The highlight of our visit was the customer service. Everyone was very accommodating, but Kuya Noel stood out. He made sure were comfortable, asked us what the special occasion was, gave a free cupcake, offered to take our picture, and refilled our iced tea (we didn't know there was a free refill). The place is not as romantic as I thought it would be, but it's a better setting for a group of friends. Nothing bad!

Had a very enjoyable dining experience at this Mamou branch. The food was consistently good—the steak was cooked properly with great flavor, the fish was light and well-balanced, and even the salad and appetizers were well executed and satisfying. What really elevated the experience was the service, especially Sir Peter, who was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm throughout our meal. He anticipated our needs without being intrusive and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. His service added a personal touch that made the visit more memorable. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, perfect for a proper sit-down meal. Minor room for improvement would be pacing between dishes, but nothing that detracted significantly from the experience. Would definitely recommend this branch, and special thanks again to Sir Peter for the excellent service. Will be back.
