Feels like your backyard taco shop. Artistic, with all the designs and free-wall space for writing. Food is nice. Loved the fish taco (forgot to take pics) the spice blends well with the breaded fish. Sisig taco is also okay, asadas and chili con carne definitely is amazing! Their service is also pretty good and fast. Loved the place. Will definitely visit again for a taco-hop! ✨️
Nice atmosphere — but a bit “dark” for a lunch setting. The ambiance seems to be better at night for a speakeasy, light after-work dinner/drink. Very mexican setting. And you can vandal too (part of the restos art). Food are delicious and worth its price!! starting 200+ but definitely ok for sharing. We tried the usual — burrito, birria, and cheese quesadilla.
I cannot express this enough- this place is fantastic. I’ve eaten here FOUR TIMES in the last week because I wake up craving it. No joke. The ingredients are fresh, the food is authentic and I’ve loved each thing I’ve tried: the fish (spicy), carnitas, el pastor (spicy), and quesabirria tacos, the Mexican beef salad, queso fundido, and the beef empanadas. They *just* started doing the empanadas and they’re nailing them (and the chimichurri), I’ve eaten them on two separate visits. They do daily drink specials and if you want Mexican food while in Manila, this is your spot. I usually have 2-3 drinks while I’m there so account for that in my personal price range.
I tried this spot for the first time and was pleasantly surprised to find an indoor area with AC. We initially thought they only had open-air (fan-only) indoor seating and outdoor tables. I highly recommend their Quesabirria Tacos—they are really good and affordable. We also tried their Street Taco (I believe it was steak), which was also delicious. We noticed many patrons visit just for drinks, as their alcoholic beverages are reasonably priced. I tried the ₱170 Amaretto Sour, but unfortunately, I did not like the taste. They accept card payment and have a 10% service charge. The restroom is clean and stocked with tissue, which is a plus.
Great food. Had some Carne Asada and Lengua tacos, so tender and tasty. First time trying tacos with white secret sauce it was great garlicky flavor. Bought empanadas to go, chicken, beef and spicy Tuna. Could not decide which one is better, all were great. Gonna stop by to get me a burrito. Wished they had lengua burrito. Will try the sisig burrito.
