Excellent value for money. Modern hotel and rooms, well furnished. Limited parking available on site at a reasonable price makes the location superb. Only marked down room as the shower pressure wasn’t great. Very friendly Scottish guy on check out made us feel valued. Would stay again, thank you.

Stayed here with my partner for one night while we were attending a gig in Manchester. Customer service was excellent. I didn’t catch the name of the Scottish guy who checked us in, but he was very warm and friendly. It was also a nice touch that we were given two free drink tokens to use at the bar. We didn’t end up using them, but the bar looked very welcoming and was nicely decorated, as was the lobby. The room itself was fantastic for the price. The bed was comfortable and there were blackout curtains, a safe for valuables, tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning, and a hairdryer (which was great as it meant not having to go down to reception to ask for one). The bathroom was clean, modern, and well maintained. We also had no issues with noise from other guests. The only very minor issue was that one of the coffee cups looked slightly dirty and had what appeared to be lipstick on it. It wasn’t a big deal as we didn’t use them and everything else was spotless, but it may be something the cleaners could double check. Overall, a really pleasant stay and great value for money.

A convenient hotel a two minute walk to the Arndale. Rooms are smart, clean and reasonably resourced (tea, coffee and a hairdryer) On the small side and not a lot of storage. We stayed one night and it was great. Bathroom was good with a strong shower and a choice of settings including one that rotated like you're getting massaged. The bar downstairs is decorated in the textile theme which is part of the city's history.

Great location and lovely staff. The reception area is very presentable but the rooms are definitely budget in every way. The concerning thing was that my full length window could open like a door but there was no railing or barrier to stop me from stepping out from the 2nd floor. Dangerous.

Booked a superior room with view with breakfast. Room was ok if a little small and wouldn’t really call it a view, just the street with a building on the other side. Biggest disappointment was the breakfast especially when we’d paid around £13/14 each and was just a continental breakfast which is quite poor especially when we’ve stayed at other hotels and paid less for a full english breakfast. Also check out time is 12:00pm so at 11:45 the maid just walked straight into our room then apologised and walked out but we could have easily been getting dressed. Bar was good though, nice seating areas and good cocktails made by the barman.
