Twice we visited here for home-cooked authentic and traditional Chinese family dinners. The first time was highly recommended by some friends and they were correct. We came as a group of 14 and the staff arranged us to sit upstairs in a private room with a big table. We requested for the karaoke which they quickly accommodated us to another private room downstairs. We ordered a range of dishes from fresh seafood, to vegetables, to meat dishes like pork and beef. Food came at a reasonable time. Generous portion! Delicious home-cooked authentic and traditional Chinese food. Service was above and beyond. Visited again introducing our Polish friends to this restaurant. Ordered some of the dishes we had from the first visit such as fresh fish, deep fried tofu, and braised pork belly. Again, we were served big portion-sized scrumptious Chinese food. We all enjoyed the meal. Definitely would visit again soon. Worth the 8-mile drive here!
We came here for Lunar New year and had the best time ever. We ordered a ton of seafood - the lobster was immaculate, I would also strongly recommend the crab & any of the fish dishes. Winter melon & clam soup was phenomenal. Pork belly, tong Choi & cumin lamb not pictured here but also excellent. The service was great, we had a room to ourselves. We split the bill between 5 of us and the cost was very good for the amount of amazing food that we had. We can't wait to come back here!
Foods are amazing, we had a blast time enjoying our lunch there. Though we didn't get to go to pick our fresh live seafood but we trusted the restaurant to provide fresh seafood anyway. The prawn doesn't taste like it's the same day old level of fresh but with the vermicelli is still super tasty with the sauce and it goes well with fried rice.
Not so many choices of live seafood as we have expected, and the price of seafood is quite high. At the end, we just ate live lobster. Other Chinese dishes taste good and the price is more reasonable than the seafood.
Really enjoyed our meal here and would definitely recommend to anyone that likes fresh seafood. Pricing seemed reasonable considering the quality of the food. Will look forward to returning to try some more items from the menu.
