Had a great experience at the hotel, just returned home from spending a Saturday night followed by Breakfast. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed from coffee machine to iron and ironing board. The staff were very friendly and welcoming 👍 we have booked again for Christmas and looking forward to it already

5 Stars from start to finish Beautiful hotel decor in the lobby, big warm welcome from Britney on the front of house, quick and easy check in with a complementary drink in the bar. Room was very spacious and felt luxurious with amazing little touches from a little snack tray to complementary fudge for being a club member , ice cold water in the fridge along with milk. Extremely comfy beds and amazing shower with complementary toiletries. Come back to the room after our night out and the room had been turndown with little chocolates on the bed along with relaxing pillow spray and heating on ready for a cozy night. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and quality items. Check out with no fuss and even free water given. Overall the staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely be staying again.

Had a fantastic two day stay at the Kimpton Clocktower. The only complaint we have is that there is no concierge or anyone to take your luggage to your room after checking in which is not ideal if you have heavy luggage. However, I must say that this hotel is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. We would recommend staying in this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Great, professional service at check in/check-out. Beautiful big rooms, very clean and comfortable. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Amazing big windows. Adjoining bar lovely decor and atmosphere. Minor issues were we booked for 4 adults, but only 3 sets of towel, 2 mugs, not much coffee pods or milk. Only 2 dressing gowns and slippers supplied. We got by with what we had - I'm sure more would have been brought to us if we'd asked, but it should have been there already. Breakfast a great spread. Lots of choice, generally. Lovely fresh fruit. Downside no vegan alternatives offered for sausages/bacon etc, and no dairy free porridge available (unlike the trusty premeir inn). And breakfast staff not very attentive. No further coffee offered after the mug poured, for example. More evening meal vegan options would have been appreciated too, and food very expensive- £6 for a portion of chips (though they were very tasty) Overall, lovely hotel. Reception staff welcoming and helpful.

Really nice hotel, minor wear and tear in the bathroom but not affecting overall cleaniness or comfort. The reception staff were outstanding, we felt welcomed from the moment we got through the door. Happy hour was a very nice touch too.
