It’s a nice place and good fun, with great music and well-known DJs. The venue can get quite crowded at times, and the underground areas could benefit from better ventilation. The toilets should be inspected more frequently, although visitors also have a responsibility to keep them clean. I would also recommend more thorough bag and pocket checks at the entrance.

Great atmosphere. Excellent choice of drinks. Happy hour cocktails for £5, with an excellent range was great too! Excellent food choice to go with drinks. Large projector with events to watch, golf etc. Staff were a bit un-enthusiatic and scruffy. Otherwise, good and friendly service 👍

Seems like a great place, staff inside and out were good. I attended an event in the basement, really awesome atmosphere for DJs. Sound quality was decent, not amazing, volume was good. However, it was far too hot down there, 0 fans in use and no ventilation - if you don't like hot venues then wouldn't recommend. Also the event I went to was absolutely over capacity, couldn't dance properly at all. If you enjoy intimate dancefloors then it'll be great, if you're quite claustrophobic, this won't be for you. Didn't spend much time upstairs, but it did seem like a lovely spot.

I've been at Joshua Brooks now a few times and can say what an incredible venue it is. The staff are really friendly, and the food is exquisite. I've been so a few of the events they hold their and the atmosphere is next level, the venue can get quite busy, but everyone is courteous and just there for a good time! In my experience, I've never had a bad time, absolute must go if in Manchester! I can't wait to go there again!

I went for the student special deal which was a Poboy and a drink for £9. I also decided to have a side order of French fries. The poboy wasn’t exactly haute cuisine, I guess the quality reflected the price, they were a bit tight on shrimp. The fries were awful, far too over salted, so much I couldn’t eat them. This place is ok for a drink while watching football, but I wouldn’t recommend the food.
