I stayed here for one night and found it good for a short solo stay. Check-in was very quick, taking less than two minutes, and the room, while small, was adequate for one person just needing a place to rest. It had a 90cm bed, a bedside table, and a small desk, and everything was clean on arrival. Amenities were quite basic, with an all-in-one soap, black tea, instant coffee, and limited sugar. Housekeeping is only provided on the third day unless requested, which is worth knowing in advance. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a plus. I also appreciated the complimentary late check-out, as standard late check-out is £10 per hour subject to availability. The main downside was the noise from some of the room equipment. The air conditioner made an unpleasant cricket-like chirping sound, and the hair dryer also squeaked. The immediate surroundings are fairly quiet, but it is within walking distance of livelier areas, including nightlife, the canal with coffee shops, and stations. The lobby was also a useful place to sit after check-out.

For the price that we paid this place is amazing. We faced the road but the soundproofing on the window was fab. The bed was clean, plenty of tea, coffee, hairdryer, iron. Lovely hot shower. Yes it could do with a lick of paint but for one night this place really served its purpose. Staff were lovely too.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Great reception area and a nice pub/restaurant on the grounds. It's our second time here and both times we had a great experience. First time, after a long overnight flight, the nice lady in the reception offered an early check in. It really made our stay more enjoyable, being able to rest. The second time, Irina saw my son was a little upset and offered him a small gift. The people working in this hotel really upgrade the whole experience!

The staff are polite. The breakfast is definitely one to skip - while there is a wide variety, the hot food seems to be stale (like, days old) while the cold food also seems to be the case but is at least digestible. Even the juices seems artificial... The room was OK - no window view and there was a really loud vent in the bathroom the whole time which couldn't be turned off. Location wise it is good

We stayed one night at this hotel in Manchester and it was very efficient. The location is great, close to the station, which made everything easy. Rooms are decent and functional, nothing fancy but comfortable enough. Breakfast was classic and did the job. Overall, a good option for a short stay.
