I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I especially want to thank Storm for making our stay so enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout our time there. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her, and she always made sure everything was perfect for us. Storm’s professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience feel much more personal and welcoming. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and she truly went above and beyond. Pure Luxury in the Heart of Manchester! ​Our stay at the Dakota Hotel Manchester was absolutely flawless. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was amazing. ​Luxurious Atmosphere: The hotel has a sophisticated, high-end feel that makes you feel special from the second you walk in. It’s easily one of the most stylish spots in the city. ​Amazing Rooms: The rooms are stunning—perfectly designed, incredibly comfortable, and felt like a true sanctuary. No detail was overlooked. ​Exceptional Staff: Every member of the team was so friendly and professional. They really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. ​Incredible Breakfast: The breakfast was another major highlight. Fantastic experience at Dakota on 20/03/2026. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. A special thank you to Harriet and Honey on reception, who were both incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They made check-in and check-out effortless and set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable visit, Harriet even came to check on us during dinner to make sure everything was as expected. The room itself was absolutely beautiful! So stylish, comfortable, and finished to an exceptional standard. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, and it made for a relaxing and luxurious stay. Dinner was a real highlight though, what a lovely experience! The three course meal in The Grill was outstanding from start to finish, with each dish beautifully presented and full of flavour. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting, and the service from Nico really elevated the whole experience even further. It’s rare to find a place where both the accommodation and dining are equally impressive, but Dakota Manchester delivered on both. I’ll absolutely be recommending you to others and hope to return again soon or visit another location.

Fantastic stay Sun 17th May - all reception staff were a delight and super helpful, Nigel in the concierge team was a stand out individual for us - extremely helpful and a pleasure to chat with. We had drinks in the bar which were exceptional, big shout out to Devon 10/10 service and genuinely good lad - good football chat! Rooms were lovely and clean, car parking valet service also very seamless! Great stay, will be returning!

We are regular visitors to The Grill at Dakota in Manchester but yesterdays experience was on another level. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and were treated to private dining, 2 bottles of crémant and free desserts for the birthday girls. Sunday dinner was amazing as always We had drinks on the terrace too which has such a cool vibe! I would 100% recommend a visit
