Check-in was a bit awkward, but the team genuinely tried their best. As a Bonvoy Ambassador, we received an incredible upgrade to a spectacular suite. It was so stunning that I honestly didn’t want to leave the room — I ended up ordering room service multiple times just to enjoy it longer. The breakfast area is beautifully designed. I made a point of sitting in a different corner each day, as every spot offers a fresh perspective on the space. The food itself was good, though the service felt a little inefficient at times. After staying for a full week, it would have been nice if the staff recognized returning guests and skipped the repetitive explanations of the breakfast process. The gym was excellent, but the real standout (besides the room) was the rooftop pool. Absolutely stunning with amazing service — easily one of the best rooftop pools I’ve experienced anywhere. Overall, the Madrid Edition is around 80% of what it could be. With a few small improvements in service consistency and guest recognition, it would be absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!
February 19–20 My stay here was honestly amazing. It was my first time visiting, and the team made it so special from the moment I arrived. I was treated with so much care and attention, truly like royalty. A special thank you to Maria Luisa for the thoughtful complimentary voucher, it meant a lot. Cynthia,Daniel and Maria were also incredibly kind and welcoming, and the bell team (even though I didn’t catch their names) were all so helpful and professional. Everything about the experience felt warm, elevated, and memorable. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Madrid.

From the moment you walk in, the hotel feels effortlessly elegant, calm, and welcoming. The rooms are beautifully designed, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and every touch feels intentional. Perfect for a business trip. The central location was a major plus for meetings. Staff was efficient and friendly. While my room was modern, the work space was a bit small. However, the lobby and lounge areas were excellent for getting work done comfortably. Great, reliable option for business travelers.
