From the moment you arrive, the doormen set the tone with a warm, polished welcome, and that exceptional level of service carries through every interaction. The staff truly stand out — attentive, intuitive, and genuinely caring, making the entire stay feel effortless and personal. The hotel is elegant, serene, and beautifully designed, with a variety of well-curated dining and lounge outlets that add to the experience. It was a shame not to have time to enjoy the spa due to a short stay, but it’s already a reason to return!

I am absolutely beyond disappointed with my experience at the Rosewood Villa Magna. After spending a ridiculous amount of money on tea and coffee, one would expect at least a basic level of kindness from the staff. Unfortunately, the waitstaff and the entire team were some of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever encountered. This was especially noticeable in the outdoor areas by the ski chalets. As someone who regularly reviews luxury hotels, I can confidently say that the service here was …was truly disappointing and not at all what I expected from a venue of this caliber. It was a letdown that overshadowed the beautiful surroundings and the high price tag. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the guest experience.
An exceptional stay , an elegant and discreet hotel that truly cares for every detail. The room was beautifully designed, serene, and perfectly comfortable. The bed was pure luxury, offering one of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever had. Elegant comfort at its finest
Myself and my mum had a wonderful time here. The food was delicious. The staff members were friendly and attentive and the gardens are beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is my mum’s new favourite place in Madrid!
