Really enjoyed our stay here. Only one night as a stopover and in one of the smaller, interior rooms (with a window onto an internal skylight). We knew that when we booked, and the amenities in even the smallest room were still great. There’s a good cocktail & tapas bar, beautiful internal courtyard to have coffee in and a gluten-free cafe all inside the hotel. The stand out above all that was the service from the staff: friendly, helpful and they went out of their way for us. Glass of cava on arrival, coffee on departure, and a late check out due to an evening flight, all with no charge. Thanks Only YOU!
Friendly staff as soon as you arrive, quick check in, and then the room - clean, beautifully decorated, perfect temperature, and comfy. This is definitely a hotel to come back to. Room service is on point, always ensuring the finest details are met and creative solutions to place my toiletries in an aesthetically pleasing and practical manner. Not to mention, the breakfast is top rated with a delicious buffet and two stunning settings to choose from. Thanks to every staff member who exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Madrid worthwhile.
Excellent hotel! This was my first stay here, and I chose it based on recommendations from friends. I’m very glad I did. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its welcoming atmosphere, spotless and comfortable rooms, and friendly, attentive staff. One of the highlights is the location. There is a large, beautiful park just a 3-minute walk away, which is perfect for a morning run or a relaxing walk before starting the day. The service is outstanding, and you can truly feel that the staff care about their guests. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madrid!
This was my third visit to Only YOU Boutique, which is a testament to how much I love this hotel. The room was impressively spacious and kept to an excellent standard of cleanliness. The service remains consistently professional and friendly, making me feel welcome every time I return. Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. It’s located in a vibrant, lively neighborhood surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Plus, having major Metro and bus lines just a few steps away makes exploring the city effortless. Breakfast Highlights: The breakfast is a standout—a huge variety of everything from premium cold cuts and cheeses to their delicious ham croissants. Pro tip: Skip the Nespresso machine in the dining room and ask the kitchen for a coffee; it’s excellent. They also prepare eggs to order exactly how you like them. Things to Note: The shower was good, though perhaps not "excellent" compared to the rest of the high standards. One important detail for light-sensitive sleepers: I stayed in a Deluxe Room overlooking the internal courtyard, and the shower window doesn't have a blackout option. There is a persistent outside light (24/7) that filters into the bedroom, which I found a bit bothersome. I’ll definitely be back!
We stayed at the Only YOU hotel for five nights last week. We received a warm welcome from the staff & were offered a glass of Cava or water & local sweets. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Our room was well equipped. There was a kettle & a Nespresso machine. Complementary hairbrush, shaving equipment, toothbrush etc. Towelling robes, steamer, hair straighteners & hairdryer. The hotel is located in a buzzy area with lots of great restaurants. Loved it & didn’t want to leave.
