I had a great time here! Awesome music, a good crowd. It felt quite safe with decent security presence. It was easy to get drinks at the bar without having to wait ages which is great! The dancefloor is a good size too - not too crowded but doesn't feel empty either (I was there in a Saturday night in June) There's a good amount of seating around the edge of the dancefloor also so if you need a break you can take one pretty easily. I did also note that the place (including the main dancefloor) was wheelchair accessible as well which is cool. Overall I'd 100% recommend going here if you're into house and techno and want a fun time!

For German techno lovers it's a "good place" in Madrid, but you have to find your own space, because it's soo different to the German techno community. The most people aren't dancing, they are talking and dancing in circles. The vibe wasn't very friendly and respectful. The music was good but enjoying it was hard because people talked too loudly. I was surprised the club closed directly to 6 a.m. Sometimes the lights are painful so that you wear sunglasses. The tickets and the drinks, especially water are too expensive.

I visited the club with friends and, unfortunately, the entire experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and frustrating. At first, everything seemed normal, but the situation escalated quickly and left me with the feeling that I was being treated unfairly — and possibly differently from other guests. At one point, another guest spilled a large amount of alcohol over me. My entire T-shirt was soaked, to the point where it was uncomfortable to wear, so I took it off temporarily. When I tried to explain this to the staff, they showed no understanding at all. Instead of helping me or giving me time to sort out the situation, the security immediately told me that I had to leave the club if I didn’t put on a dry shirt — which I obviously didn’t have, because the incident had just happened. What made the situation even more confusing was the inconsistency of how rules were enforced. One of the security staff, who wasn’t wearing a T-shirt himself, pushed one of my friends for no clear reason. Yet I was the one being pressured to leave because of my shirt situation, even though it wasn’t my fault. There was no attempt to listen, understand, or offer any practical solution. Another thing that strongly affected how I experienced the situation was the fact that I appeared to be the only person in that area who wasn’t white or European. The way the rules were applied to me — compared to how others were treated — felt unequal and unfair. I can’t say what the staff’s intentions were, but I can say how it felt: it seemed like I was being singled out, and that impression stayed with me for the rest of the night. I had already paid €25 for entry, and my father and I tried calmly to talk to the staff to find a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, the management and security showed little interest in resolving the situation or even listening properly. Their attitude came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and not at all customer-oriented. Overall, the combination of poor treatment, inconsistent rules, lack of communication, and the feeling of being treated differently because of who I am made this experience extremely unpleasant. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this club, and I hope they take serious steps to improve how they handle their guests in the future.

Easy access, friendly enough crew and awesome place to dance. The bathrooms are also really nice, love the style even tho you cannot close the doors. The upstairs room to smoke is also nice even tho is not official. Bawrut and Sulta made my night.
