Easily the best steak in Madrid. Serious, fire-driven cooking with the beef as the undeniable star. Dry-aged, beautifully marbled, deeply flavorful, juicy, and perfectly tender. They cook everything over fire, and it shows. A great touch: they’ll take your plate before you’re done and bring back the extra trimmings (the fat and the pieces next to the bone) so you don’t miss any of the best bits. Restaurante Lana is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The steak melted in your mouth and was perfectly cooked with perfect flavor. I recommend you get the sweatbreads as well. The best thing from this entire restaurant that I still crave till now is the flan. That caramel sauce and the perfect custard, that is by far the best dessert I have ever had. Service was amazing as well, very well trained staff. The restaurant itself is very intimate and has great ambiance. If you come to Madrid, this restaurant is a must.

One of the best steakhouses in Madrid. Everything was amazing, one of the best experiences dining in Madrid for sure. They have an amazing selection of wines, some of the best beef cuts, and the service was amazing. Everything that we ordered was perfect. The wine recommendations were spot on. We will go back for sure to this amazing place.
