We had a wonderful stay at Preciados Hotel. The location is outstanding — most of Madrid’s main attractions are an easy walk away, and access to the free 001 bus and nearby metro stations is extremely convenient. Breakfast offered a nice selection, though options were a bit limited for vegetarians. The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. Our gold‑themed room felt modern and spotless, with a charming small balcony overlooking the pedestrian street below. Excellent restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, making the area even more enjoyable.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were checked in quickly and efficiently, which was much appreciated after our journey. The service throughout our stay was consistently good, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel itself is stylish and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which offered good quality food in a nice setting. The breakfast was decent, but there is some room for improvement in terms of variety and overall quality. With a slight upgrade to the breakfast experience, this would be an excellent hotel across all aspects. Overall, a very good hotel that we would happily recommend.
Our penthouse with a terrace was absolutely outstanding - clean, quiet, and big! We strongly recommend NOT eating breakfast at this hotel though, it was terrible and overpriced. The customer service was also exceedingly poor - they were unfriendly and did not follow through on several requests (e.g. they were to arrange a taxi for us, and failed to do so).
Nice hotel. Located around two minute walk from the center of grand via. The rooms are modern and clean. The only reason I don’t give five stars review is we had some ants in the room. Minibar is free
Has been a superb hotel for our first visit to Spain. Comfortable, well appointed, there is a little complimentary mini bar in the room with beer and seltzers. The patio room is definitely worth it!
