We had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making our experience very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Everything we ordered à la carte was really tasty, and the creative cup coasters were a fun and thoughtful detail. A special thank you to Jorge for his exceptional care, especially towards our youngest family member. The rooftop bar served excellent cocktails. The pool is quite small, but the girls really enjoyed it and made the most of it. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Hotel location is excellent, metro right outside and 20min walk to most places. Fair base for a night or 2. However, for the price; Rooms quite small, clean, but average, comfortable for sleeping not much more. 1 chair between 2 makes it difficult to be comfortable. No AC only heat until summer in the whole hotel, and very noisy if you open the window to cool the room. Room has no information in it about the area, or the hotel itself. We had no idea room service was even available until we happened to scan the QR code on the fridge out of curiosity! We arrived at 9.30 pm were told the restaurant was closing, but didn’t mention room service. Breakfast - a time has to be booked the night before which is a pain. Breakfast itself was very good though. Lovely looking rainfall shower, but water pressure so poor it was more of a trickle. We stayed for 6 nights. The staff we met were friendly and cheerful, but it feels like a nice premier inn, a bit soul less, for example the reception desk is tucked in a corner so little interaction with guests apart from check in. 2 sofas in a small area isn’t enough for guests to relax and have a coffee in so not really used. Roof top bar is fun but the pool is a plunge pool tucked on the end, looks great in the photos! All in all it’s fine for. Couple of nights, no more.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind—especially Julio, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our visit, and when we requested fresh towels, they arrived within minutes. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore the city. The rooftop is an added bonus, offering stunning views and a great place to relax. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Dear Hotel Madrid has been wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Gianmarco is very kind, and the room is perfect—clean and with a beautiful view. I had never stayed in this part of Madrid, and I found the location to be perfect. You have Gran Vía right there, but you’re not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, which allows you to rest really well. The best part was the breakfast not only because everything is delicious, but because Mateo truly makes you feel welcome. He’s always attentive to anything you might need, and his smile and attitude make you start the day in the best way. At Dear Hotel everyone has kind energy and have been cheerful and attentive. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and will definitely continue to do so.

Recently just stayed with my sister and niece. The hotel was definitely a perfect choice, location was amazing but the staff at the hotel were the best thing. From the second we walked in until we checked out, we had an amazing experience. Staff are friendly, attentive and just wanting to help you have the best experience of Madrid. They really made my niece’s first holiday special. A big thank you to Gianmarco, Beatriz and Miriam. You are all amazing and Thank you!
