Good atmosphere. I love it usually but last night I booked a VIP bottle service for my birthday and had received a horrible service . I had unexpected guests so we had to order extra bottle (which I am totally ok with) , when the staff who served us went away to get extra vip bands, another staff come by and very aggressively shouted at us and try to pull my friends out because they still don’t have the bands. We try to explain but the staff refused to listen and constantly yell no to us, so I have to raise my voice to explain the situation. Then the staff start to denounce me saying I shouldn’t shout at her and should not talk to her like that (as if she is the costumer I am the staff )while the fact is she is the one yelling at us the whole time . No one came to fix the situation so we tried to reach out but the other staff( who saw half the process) simply just don’t want to get include . Definitely not worth the VIP service considering one bottle is 120€ and I paid 240€ for two bottles. It’s the same price for high end club like kapital or barcelo club. It is good place for paying entrance but definitely not VIP since it does not provide the service they need to give for the high price tag.
Let me paint a picture. Darkness. Absolute darkness. Everyone breathing, as one, together. Waiting. Boom. That moment when the music comes on, when the DJ starts a new song - that realization that yes you have a heart, yes it's beating, and yes, you are at a disco. Cha Chá is a place whose entire charm revolves around and is dependent on the life within it's walls. It's not particularly fancy, it costs 20 euro to get in and it is cramped and sweaty and loud. And it wouldn't be the same without any one of those things. Cha Chá is raw and heavy, and it celebrates those aspects of the human soul that redeem at least in part all the terrible things our species does. If you have someone you love, and you have nothing to do, take them to Cha Chá and get a little messy.
The music was great, the people nice and cool; but there were too much smoke in the air. My eyes and throat were suffering the whole night.
My new favorite!
A winner!
