Walked past a few times, always queues. So decided to go. Not into Jazz, but what a show. Definitely converted. Great bar, fantastic music, atmosphere something else, staff amazing. Definitely recommend for any jazz fan

Fantastic. I stopped here on a stroll as a man was playing jazz outside. The greeter / security recommended the food so I thought why not. I got the beef cheeks stewed in red wine, the meal comes with a choice of 2 drinks and was only 12.50€ . Amazing price and vibes. The server gave me a dessert for free, I’m trying not to eat sugar so I gave it to the couple next to me. All in all, well worth it and I was happy I stopped. I want to try the pad Thai next time, the couple next to me got it and it also looked great.

This review is for the Sebastián band. The bar itself was fine, staff was friendly. I was pretty bored by the band, they were skilled no doubt, but they lacked energy, excitement, passion. We usually love going to live jazz bars but we found this to be a bit of a snooze fest. Melancholy melodies, uninspired solos. I will say the drummer and sax player were an exception to this, they were stoked to be there but the others barely cracked a smile or looked at each other, and the audience engagement was minimal. For €34.50 per ticket, I’d hope for a bit more.

We spent an evening at Café Central in Madrid for a night of jazz, and it was a great experience. The band was excellent, the director was a true entertainer, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and casual. We really loved it. I hear they may have lost their lease, so if you have the chance, don’t miss it before they close.

The magnificent atmosphere is combined with a wonderful musical experience. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed that we paid for the dinner menu; they've completely commercialized the whole thing. The concert we attended lasted about an hour and ended too quickly. After us, the same group played a second concert for other guests, also around an hour. Of course, this amount is worth paying for such a beautiful venue and atmosphere, but it should be for a single group of guests, not two. Still, thank you for the wonderful atmosphere and service.
