This is a two star hotel at best. WiFi was horrible. Stupid attached hangers. If you’re going to charge 35 per night for a roll away you should be able to sleep. I know it’s not their fault but guests were smoking in their rooms. Horrible. Our rooms smelled so bad and we couldn’t breathe. We were going to stay two more nights but we left in a hurry. I left something insignificant in the room I called the next day they said they threw it away. Not valuable but disappointing. Breakfast was perfectly fine. Good service. They have decaf.
A lovely, modern hotel with airy rooms and a good vibe. The firm beds were very comfy! It's in a great location, near enough to the tourist sights to be easily walkable, but nestled in the funkier, lively old streets of the malasaña district which have a multitude of eclectic shopping and loads of bars, cafes and restaurants. Left luggage lockers and bike hire available. Highly recommended.
We stayed at 7 Islas Hotel on the first week of May. We liked our stay at this property. We recommend it to travellers who love staying at boutique hotels and prioritize proximity to public transportation, shopping and sightseeing areas. The front desk is quick to respond to queries to set up a special welcome surprise in our room.
Great location, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and Metro stations. You are within walking distance of all the central neighborhoods but just off the Gran Via if that's your thing. The breakfast service is phenomenal and they even have a little gym. The restaurant's hours can be hit or miss. I was told multiple times they were randomly closed for 30 minutes but there's lots of options around so not a big deal. Excellent hotel!
Really good hotel, Everything was really good, the location, the rooms space . Just one thing I didn’t like is that there is only 3 umbrellas for the whole guests. Other wise it was good 👍🏽
