We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mohammed at the reception. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help us with any questions or requests, which made our experience even more pleasant. The hotel is the perfect place to relax. The Ayurvedic massage was absolutely exceptional, one of the highlights of our stay. We also greatly enjoyed the delicious desserts, especially the Mahalabia and Roz Belabn, which were full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Another lovely surprise was the presence of the animals around the hotel, which created such a peaceful and charming atmosphere. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and left us with beautiful memories. We would definitely love to come back again!
Absolutely in love with this hotel! 💛 Al Moudira is a true oasis in the desert — every detail of this boutique hotel is stunning, from the architecture to the beautiful gardens. It feels like stepping into a unique, peaceful paradise full of charm. The service is impeccable: the entire staff is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt truly cared for from start to finish. The restaurant is wonderful, with delicious food and a very special atmosphere. One thing that made our stay even more special: they love Brazilians! 🇧🇷 We were treated with so much warmth and kindness. Without a doubt, an unforgettable place — I can’t wait to come back! ✨
I’ve had a chance to travel for the first time in Egypt and this is absolutely my favorite hotel. From the exceptional staff to the amazing grounds! The design concept is eclectic luxury set on immense walking garden grounds with their own organic farm to table. Three restaurants, elegant oversized pool flanked with luxury cabanas, spa, workout facility and stunning private villas set discreetly in their own garden setting. The villas (my photos interior are Villa Nubia) feature courtyards, long beautiful pool with private cabanas, library and formal living and dining rooms. Perfect. Magical. If you’re into stunning architectural digest boutique stays this is it. A must stay for Luxor.
Al Moudira is a truly special place — laid-back luxury at its best. Every space feels so thoughtfully designed that from the moment you arrive, you feel like you’ve stepped into an oasis of peace and calm. Luxor itself has a beautiful, almost healing energy, and combined with our stay here, it made for a genuinely magical experience. The hotel truly understands hospitality. The pool area was lovely and relaxing, and the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and thoughtful without ever being intrusive. A special shout-out to the chief concierge, who helped organize our onward transfer and a wonderful day outing — it made everything seamless. The spa and massage were great, and the food was absolutely outstanding. We ate at both the Egyptian restaurant and the pool restaurant, and everything was delicious. We also spent New Year’s Eve here, and the way the team coordinated across the two spaces made it one of the most memorable celebrations we’ve ever had. Our suite was large, spacious, and beautifully appointed — both comfortable and full of character. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something authentic, calm, and truly unforgettable in Luxor.
Excellent hotel with very welcoming and professional staff, always smiling and willing to make your stay a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the pool very nice and heated, the rooms spacious and well equipped, maybe just a little too dark. A spacious and lush park surrounds the suites and a farm is situated just behind, producing ingredients for the kitchen. The hotel isn’t centrally located but this enables a very calm retreat from the fuss of the east bank. We would definitely come again for a week.
