Our stay at The Maybourne Beverly Hills was absolutely wonderful. The level of service and attention to detail truly stood out and made our trip special. A special thank you to Yoshi manager for going above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect each day. Gil at concierge was exceptional, from amazing restaurant recommendations to arranging the pink Moke rides that our daughters absolutely loved. Justin & Alex also made the rooftop pool experience so enjoyable and welcoming. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable, we cannot wait to return.
An absolutely exceptional stay at The Maybourne Beverly Hills ✨ From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortlessly luxurious and welcoming. The service was truly outstanding — warm, attentive, and personalized without ever feeling overwhelming. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail is remarkable — from the elegant décor to the high-quality amenities and the peaceful atmosphere that makes it feel like a private retreat in the heart of Beverly Hills. The rooftop pool is stunning with breathtaking views, and the spa experience was one of the best I've ever had. Every space in the hotel feels refined, calm, and thoughtfully curated. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more perfect — walking distance to Rodeo Drive, amazing restaurants, and luxury shopping, yet still quiet and relaxing. This hotel truly delivers a five-star experience in every way. If you're looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service in Beverly Hills, The Maybourne is simply unbeatable. We can’t wait to return. 💫
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE ALL ROUND. If I could give 10 stars I would. The friendliest, loveliest and most helpful people. The rooms are beautiful. Dante restaurant is a great addition - friendly and wonderful servers. The coffee in the cafe is great! We only wish we could have stayed longer. Great location too - highly recommend. We will be back asap.
I would rate my likelihood to recommend The Maybourne Beverly Hills as a 9 out of 10. My stay was truly exceptional. The property itself is stunning, but what made the experience especially memorable was the level of service—attentive, polished, and genuinely warm without ever feeling intrusive. The staff demonstrated a clear commitment to excellence, and that consistency stood out. In particular, the overall ambiance, attention to detail, and seamless guest experience—from arrival through departure—were highlights. It felt both luxurious and thoughtfully curated. A special thank you to Vincent and Michael Fox from the concierge team, who went above and beyond—most notably securing a coveted reservation at Nobu Malibu, which truly elevated my stay. If there is any area for improvement, it would be continuing to refine personalization—anticipating guest preferences even more proactively would elevate the experience from excellent to truly unforgettable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend The Maybourne to friends, family, and colleagues.
I had a fantastic 8 night experience at the Maybourne. Normally, I stay at the Wilshire but decided to take a chance, and was thoroughly impressed. Sabrina at front desk, wonderful host Fox, at concierge, attentive and escorted through the special tables. Andrei, at the main bar, class act from Russia. The housekeeping lady, she was amazing and attentive. Natalia, in the Whiskey Bar, great English hospitality. I will definitely miss this place and cant wait to revisit. Good/fast laundry service, great turndown, fantastic breakfasts. Spent 20K? over the 8 days. Worth it.
