We have stayed at The Beverley Hills Hotel a few times and absolute love it! From the moment you arrive, the outside staff greet you with warmth and professionalism. The valet manager is so nice and remembered my name after meeting me one time. The front desk staff is the best, nothing else to say about that! Lisa, the concierge, is great. She made a few amazing recommendations and reservations for local restaurants that were fabulous! The care given to our room during our stay incredible! We ate at the Polo Lounge a few times during our most recent stay and are always pleased with the service and quality of food. The bell staff is so kind and also remembered us from our first visit. I believe that the staff would make any accommodation requested. They are so nice. We love this place!
We had an unforgettable stay in The Beverly Hills Hotel. The setting is absolutely elegant and beautiful, and the service was truly attentive from start to finish. We came here to celebrate our proposal, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special—arranging complimentary rose petals, a thoughtful card, and even a room upgrade. The view from our room was stunning and made the whole experience even more magical. Everything felt so well cared for and memorable. Highly recommend for anyone celebrating a special moment!
I absolutely love staying at The Beverly Hills Hotel. The second you pull up, it already feels special — calm, iconic, and️and very “old Hollywood” in the best way. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and feel thoughtfully done without trying too hard. The service is honestly what stands out the most. Everyone is kind, attentive, and makes you feel genuinely taken care of, not rushed or treated like a number. The location is perfect — tucked away and peaceful, yet so close to everything in Beverly Hills. Walking through the gardens or sitting by the pool feels like a little escape from the city. As a local realtor, I love bringing clients here or recommending it to people who are new to the area. It really captures the lifestyle and elegance that make Beverly Hills so special. If you’re visiting or thinking about moving nearby, I’m always happy to share a few local favorites.
The Beverly Hills Hotel is an absolute icon and a must-visit, whether you're playing tourist or just enjoying a weekend afternoon. I recently spent some time at this legendary property in Beverly Hills, and the timeless glamour of the "Pink Palace" never fails to impress. The lush, palm-tree-lined grounds are immaculately kept, creating a perfect oasis away from the busy streets. Service across the board from the welcoming valet to the attentive staff at the Polo Lounge is exceptionally professional and makes you feel like royalty. It is certainly on the pricier side, but the historic ambiance, stunning architecture, and top-tier hospitality make it completely worth it for a special occasion or a classic cocktail. Highly recommend experiencing this true piece of local history of Los Angeles
I recently stayed at The Beverly Hills Hotel & chose one of the bungalows for this visit, as I usually stay in the main hotel. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable the service, privacy, & classic Beverly Hills atmosphere were excellent, as expected. The bungalow offered a peaceful, secluded experience that felt exclusive and relaxing. That said, the bungalow itself felt dated. While there’s a certain charm to the property’s history, the room décor leaned heavily into 1980s nostalgia, with outdated wallpaper & finishes that could benefit from a refresh. Compared to the main hotel rooms, which feel more updated & polished, the bungalow did not quite meet the same standard in terms of interior design. Despite this, the comfort, cleanliness, & service were still top-tier, & the staff made the experience seamless from start to finish. I would happily return to the hotel, though next time I would likely choose a room in the main building unless the bungalows receive a modern update.
