I had a truly horrific time checking in after my flight. I had landed around 11:30pm and it was almost 2 by the time I got into my room. There was an error with the card reader. The night manager was new and couldn't figure out how to use the card reader or how to repair the issue. A bride and groom had the same issue and we ended up sitting in the lobby dealing with it together. However, once I got into my room I was thrilled at the decor, how clean it was, the Nespresso machine that got lots of use...I was in town for work so I didn't get to use the perks like I would have liked. The pool was small but clean and pretty with a beautiful lounge. After I left work work I got a text from the manager himself to apologize for the issues I had experienced. While my first evening (early morning) was full of headaches, the rest of the staff and the vibe of the place made it worth my while. I grabbed a delicious coffee before I left for my flight. I give grace to people starting out and they definitely made it right. Andrii and David made the trip worth it. Thanks, guys!

Had a wonderful stay at Palihouse West Hollywood. What really sets it apart from most big hotel chains are the thoughtful touches—an in-room microwave, drinks in the fridge, vintage-style dinnerware, facial wipes by the bedside, and great-smelling body wash and moisturizer. The poolside setup with infused water, iced tea, and gummies was a nice bonus. The hotel's beautiful vintage décor, cozy lounge area with books, and comfortable seating give it a unique charm. A special thank you to David Andrii for their exceptional service and hospitality—he made the experience even more memorable. I would gladly stay here again!

I think the overall experience was very good! The front desk staff member, Matthew, was very professional and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only suggestion I have is that housekeeping did not wipe our table, but everything else was cleaned well. We would definitely come back again!

The hotel was beautiful but the service was the worst I have ever experienced and unexpected. No drinking water in the room, unless they'll charge $13 a bottle, okay... even a 5 stars hotel would provide 2 bottles for free, whatever, typical LA thing right? Fine. Bed sheets and comforter have stains. Ok.. it happens .. whatever.. but even all bath towels have stains.. that's unexceptable. So I called the front desk to ask for new bath towels, waited for an hour.. didn't come. Called again waited another 30 mins, still never come. On the check out day, one of the staff was banging the door when I was in the shower. Which was ridiculous because I talked to the front desk the night before that I am going to have late check out. I was rushing to wear my clothes to answer the door, and realised he already opened my room door. Which means, luckily i was dressed.. if not, he would see me naked. And I feel this is super disrespectful! Why would u open someone's door without permission? Then the whole conversation he was so rude, with an attitude, said I didn't have late check out, late check out is not guarantee and only gave me 10 mins to leave the room and will have penalty. I was shocked. At the end when I check out. I was asking for the staff's name who is kicking people out. And the front desk was trying to cover up for him and said they don't know who that is. I am like.. Come on, how could you not know your coworker's name? So they finally gave me a name " Johnathan" which I don't know if they made it up or not. But anyways, this is the experience I had in this hotel. Definitely not recommend this hotel because of the service and cleaningness for this price.

Loved Loved! From arrival, the doorman that received us with smiles & quickly retrieving the luggage without question. Then we met Phrancisco Gonzalez, the front desk manager, one of the best experiences at the Palihouse. Phrancisco's customer service goes above and beyond, he created a welcoming environment with each encounter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! The room was a big warm hug, the interior design suited the decor of the hotel, loved, loved.
